Not an outlet store. Prices are as much as a regular department store, just on sale but not enough to really matter. Real PRL outlet stores are much cheaper than here.

10/2/23 call around 5:15 the cashier put on hold, I just want to check on one merchandise, cashier put on hold was told no sale person was available, I did stay on hold at least 20 minutes couldn’t stand anymore so I hung up. Check on the website At National Harbor location said NOT TOO BUSY Yat this time Whaat?????No one like to check on merchandise really!!!! Just called Hagerstown one been told this location has it. I’m sure there is enough ppl working at this time and location. Manager if you read this please hire someone to help customers in needs!!!!!Will call Leesburg one and see if they would be more helpful, not at NH location what a disappointed and mad.

I have been there couple years back and the customer service was great. I went today and the customer service was terrible and the employees are very rude. They feel like we i was bother them. They smell like weed and they are racist maybe because i was Spanish or maybe they were thinking i don’t have money. Im a Polo Ralph Lauren customer from years and never been treated like that before on another Poli Ralph Lauren store. It’s really sad. Maybe i need to buy my clothes from Nordstrom. Very sad. I wont recommend to go there until they have better staff.

Did you know that if you sign up for their text messages you will get coupons? Weekly? What!!!! I shop at Polo for my children as we love the quality of material. Always very helpful staff, I love how mark downs are weekly and you can always put things on hold and run around the outlets to triple check things and then come back and get your items.

I love this store! The staff is friendly and they are always able to help me find what I need even if it isn’t in stock. If you buy at the right time you can really get these high quality clothes at a great price. Typically I always get my polos and outerwear for 50-60% off. Pro Tip: Sign up for emails through their website. Go in the store and items will be marked down 25% off. Add on your 20-30% off that they occasionally send to your email and if you are military you can stack on the extra savings on top of that.

This polo shop is pretty good but everywhere I've been and went to another Ralph Lauren store it's always better I wonder why that is this one has the basic stuff but if you go across the bridge to that outlet so much better Orlando Florida so much better Miami hell of a lot better so I don't know what the deal is with this particular one get your basic s*** out of here though

I had an unpleasant experience in the Ralph Lauren Polo store at this Tanger outlet in National Harbor MD. I was in there shopping for nearly an hour and at least 5 salespeople walked by without offering any assistance or saying hello. I was dressed down that day (baggy sweats, overcoat as it was unusually chilly) and I could be wrong but given the looks flashed my way along with the lack of assistance, it appeared that they judged me as someone unworthy of helping or someone with no money to make purchases. Shame on them. I’m an employed, Harvard degree’d Black woman, not that that should matter but the point is that I work hard and have an income that affords me the ability to shop where I’d like to.A kind gentleman named Ernest, the only Black person I saw working, finally saw, acknowledged and assisted me. I was grateful to him, and I let him know about my ordeal and my appreciation for him. I strongly considered not making my purchases, but I was in a time crunch and had decided to go into that one store, find what I needed and leave in an hour to make it to where I had to be. There was no time to begin shopping at a different store. And Ernest influenced my decision to complete my purchase. Idk if this was racism, classism, sexism or just rude customer service, but my Tanger Polo store visit in Orlando weeks prior and all others I’ve been to, I’d experienced the opposite treatment. National Harbor, do better. ?
