I brought my mom here to handle her banking business, she normally goes to DC branches. I wish I had taken her to DC.

Scheduled multiple appointments to open a biz bank account. Branch relationship manager was never there each time and never reached out despite me leaving my documents and contact info.

PNC is a joke of a bank.... been with then since 2012 and made realize you have to use more than 1 bank .... never put all your money in one place
