This gym needs some back up generators or something. As soon as it started raining, the power flickered twice and the workers made everyone in the gym stop working out. I only got to work out for 25 minutes, so that was super annoying, as it was my first workout since having my son.

I have been going for a while and I have never seen the men's locker room (bathroom in particular) as nasty as in the last few months. Today there were flies by the urinals. It looks and smells as if it has not been cleaned in months (no exaggeration )
The workout area is kept very clean, but I find it annoying that the personal trainer has a set of speakers going wherever he works out, the gym already has music playing. He could just use headphones

When you first walk in the employees greet you. The gym is always clean. If you need help with the employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the workouts that will help you achieve your goals. It's an friendly and welcoming environment , the other customers will help you as well. I really love this gym. The location and the hours of operation. I'll recommend this gym to everybody.

I’ve never ever been to a gym where there are a million flies in the locker room and bathroom and shower area. That’s unsanitary and a lawsuit waiting to happen…and it’s coming because the opportunity is there. Too many staff congregating at the front desk on their phones with the men’s bathroom filthy!

Awesome place. They just brought in new machines, which is pretty sweet. I like to go to different Planet Fitness in the nearby area, and this has become my favorite spot. Just wish they would order heavier dumbbells, but you want always get everything.

I usually don’t have issues out of this location. If it wasn’t for my experience today, I would have given them 4 stars. However, I arrived to this location at 8:50pm and was turned away because “they were about to close”. On the app and on the front door it says they close at 10pm. When I asked why they were closing at 9, the guy couldn’t even tell me or explain why. They need to update the hours on the app as well as on their door. This was extremely inconvenient and preventable.

Haven't been there since 2019 on a guest pass, however the gym isn't as crowded as the Suitland location. I had the Black Membership which offers more access. I cancelled my account in 2017,but it still over charged me unfortunately.
