I brought my new pup to the vet for his first check up and it was a wonderful experience. The doctor and the assistant answered all of the questions I had and provided me with great detailed information regarding my puppy. I highly recommend.

I had placed an online order after 1pm. I went to the store after 5pm inquiring about my order. I never received any notification that it was ready. This is has happened by Petsmart on several orders

Personally I’ve got good experience every time I was a this store I will give it 5 stars but since my wife got a bad experience with one of the cashiers being mean and not helpful with the discount tickets the get 3 stars, still I will come and see if the same cashier got a better attitude I will change the rate
