Our sitter, Jeff, was courteous and seemed confident in his ability to handle our sometimes obstreperous 95 lbs German Shepherd. Unlike other walking services we have used, Jeff actually walked our dog for most of the 30 minute visit. Would definitely recommend.”

“We trained our 1.5 year old pup, Toulouse, via one on one lessons for formal on leash obedience and later off leash training course. His trainer, Saul, was amazing and taught us how to communicate with our pup in a fair and effective manner.When we first brought Toulouse to OTSFD, he had some impulsive tendencies and a strong desire to say hi and play with every dog he encountered. His reactive behavior made it challenging to enjoy walks or take him to public places. Saul was very knowledgeable and tailored a combination of the four quadrants of operant conditioning to modify Toulouse’s behavior. The transformation we have witnessed is truly remarkable. I can now confidently take Toulouse everywhere, knowing that he will be a well-behaved and obedient companion.”

Also I wish there was more fresh stuff -- everything was like a biscuit but I went to another store once and they had fresher options like a safe cupcake. Still cute though!”

The toy selection is great, everyone working is very helpful, you can pretty much find anything you would need. Also love supporting smaller, local places when we visit from out of town. We have a very anxious pup and she was so understanding and accommodating, working to make sure he (and we) felt comfortable with everything. I do wish there was a clearer explanation of clipper lengths (3, 5, 7), as my dog’s haircut turned out shorter than expected — still cute, just different! The groomer called during the session to confirm how to handle a small issue, which I really appreciated. I also love the one-pet check-in rule — it keeps things calm and safe. The price was a bit higher than quoted online but still reasonable. Overall, a good experience and I’ll definitely be bringing my pup back!”
“I bring my senior Maltese Bichon-Frise mix here regularly - her hair is prone to matting, but David always works a miracle! She has many skin tags and other health issues that he is always very careful with. Money well spent.”
“Great selection and good prices! This place has a Vetco Mobile Unit and offers really affordable vaccines. I paid about $200 for 2 total trips that covered all vaccines for our dog. They were very accommodating as we have a reactive dog. The dog food selection is top notch! They also have a few of the harder to find animals like cockatiels. It's worth the trip from DC”
“I don't know why this is labeled tag works is the place I went into is called PetSmart I went in for my cat's birthday which is coming up in a couple weeks and I did have some trouble finding the cat stuff cuz this one isn't set up the way my local one is but the cat toys were on sale buy 3 get one free”

“You have to get groceries before Saturday afternoon... Saturdays after 10 is congested and checking out takes a long time. By Sunday - Monday the shelves are nearly empty for basic food items.

“Tried this place with a coupon from Groupon. They really seem to like what they do, and my dogs actually loved going there. These are dog people, I've gone to another grooming facility and the difference is insane. Destiny E. was our groomer! The groom was executed wonderfully. The nice young lady, Raquel, at the front who checked me out was just excellent. She helped me with a few questions I had. They also do last chance adoptions! I will never go back to another place! It is a 40 minute drive, but the trip is well-worth it for the great service and their team!”

“This is a great store! I adopted my first kitten here through the Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. The store associates were very helpful with the adoption and the cashiers are friendly. I was given a coupon book while adopting that I used to save a lot of money while buying supplies for my Kitten. I have come back often to buy a collar and toys for my kitten. I also like their loyalty app. Every time I go I have a couple dollars in rewards dollars.”
