Perfect Paws is a great establishment with excellent customer service. Their love for animals is very apparent. They're always accommodating and can get you an appointment in very timely manner without having to wait weeks or months. My fur baby was so cute after his cut but only reason for four stars vs five is they didn't give me the cut I requested. But all in all I was satisfied and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

My dog has been coming here for most of his life, going on 8 years. The staff is great and my dog always comes out looking great. Yes it's more expensive than petsmart, but it has always been worth it.

Wow! What a very pleasant experience. Indeed! These folks are on the very top of their game. This appears to be a family (Black female) owned business that has discovered the formula for success. They did a wonderful job on my Lola Dogg! She went in scared and came out pampered, calm and smelling good! Thank you for a job well done!

The customer service from beginning to end was top notch. I have a four month old puppy and it was going to be her first grooming appointment. Naturally I was nervous since I never worked with a professional groomer and it was going to be her first time with strangers. I placed an inquiry on the website and I got a call to schedule my appointment within 48 hours. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist was super nice and made me feel confident to leave her behind. I was overall satisfied with their work and my puppy seemed happy with them as well. We will definitely be returning customers!
