Great job on oil change but they didn't reset it back to 100%. They didn't vacuum my car nor checked my tire pressure at all. Not sure if I was supposed to ask for these thing or check them on the paper. It was my first time there.

When I took my car for an oil change and after a few minutes, the service member told me that they couldn't change my oil. I asked why and he stated that my oil pan was cracked. He said that I needed to take it back to who did the last oil changed, which was car dealership. I made an appointment with car dealership. The car dealership did a whole diagnostic and discovered that it was not a crack in my pan or any leaks. My oil was still full. So, I can not understand why Quick Lube did not want to change it. Just crazy.

The owner has gotten very rude and disrespectful. I been coming hear for eight years with multiple cars. Last week he changed my 4cyclinder suv and he dropped the hood very hard. He also speak very rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again and will advise all my family and friends in Oxon hill the same. How can a company devalue and be rude to a 8 year loyal customer. Before I go back and forth with anybody I'm giving my hard earn money to expect respect but that's what happens when companies take advantage & get too comfortable with their customers

Had to go in for quick service, as my regular place was booked up, and my change oil light came on. Quite unfortunate! This place has very rude employees, and is a "bait and switch" operation. They do NOT really check all the levels and top up as advertised for the $39.95 price. That's just a scam to get you in the door. If you DO go there, make sure you watch them closely. Do NOT go and sit in the waiting area!!!

The only thing i don't like about them... They don't work on the car. I would take my car to them to get whatever they could fix, fixed !!

I love this place. They do quick oil changes for a low price, I don't feel like they try to upsell me unnecessary services, and when I need something extra (like a transmission fluid flush) their prices seem fair. I will definitely keep getting my oil changes here.

It's a hit or miss sometimes, depending on your tolerance. Otherwise, service is good. They aren't too informative on their services, especially when it comes to certain vehicles.

I called at about 1:30 and they told me I can arrive by 4:30 at the latest for my oil change. I arrive at 4:27 and they are closed and the first man was very rude and kept pointing to the clock. Then, he finally went to get another guy who claims they ran out of oil. Very disappointing, I was excited for the experience because of the great reviews :(

This place was great to go to before but now they are starting to scam you out of extra money an oil change full synthetic on my car used to be $66 and I go almost every month because I do Lyft but today they charged $103. Looked at past receipts and everything is the same nothing has changed not even the oil and I keep track of the oil that is being put in my car the only difference that they did they decided to add an extra charge to everything as if I would not notice but I noticed and I will not be coming back and I will let everybody else know don’t bother go somewhere else.Service: Oil change
