I appreciate Mr. Norris and his team for restoring my trust in auto repair companies. His staff was very professional and an absolute joy to work with. They kept me informed throughout the process of the repair and of testing my car to make sure everything was working properly before returning the car to me. I really appreciated them showing me the broken parts and explaining in detail how the parts worked.

UPDATE AND RESPONSE:DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Unless you like wasting money!It's funny how you invalidate the truth!! This is not a war on words, YOU JUST LACK ACCOUNTABILITY AND INTEGRITY!!! I do have the receipts to prove everything that I am saying. These are receipts from your establishment. Unless you are telling me your bookkeeping is wrong and you are overcharging customers, what I am saying is facts. My mom's car was still not fixed after giving your company almost $2,000 of her money. YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER!! I hope your mom's mechanic fixed her car like you did my mother's car!!!DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! The prices are way too high, and they prey on the elderly. My elderly mother has been dealing with these vultures from October 2022 to at least April 2023 to get her Mini Copper worked on. Mind you, they've left her without a vehicle so they can "test drive" her car. I wasn't there to accompany her because of work, but you would like to think most people have integrity these days. WRONG!!THESE CROOKS charged my elderly mom almost $2000 for her Mini Cooper to still be broke down. Of that, $165 was for towing ( 6 mile distance) and another outlandish charge of $245 for a basic diagnostic engine testing! Orielly's would have been free.They have given her the run around, took her money and lied. I'm definitely going to consult with my lawyer because this seems it's not their first or last time scamming customers.DON'T BE FOOLED TO THINKING THEY WONT DO THE SAME TO YOU!!!

I would give everyone in this company a 10-star review instead of only 5! This is the second time I've been here: The first time, I had a nail in my tire and even though they were SLAMMED, they felt the tire equaled an emergency so they slid me in, and had me out of there in 30 minutes (I think that was ~$50). After that, I've been more nervous about my tires and went in this morning since my tire light came on a few weeks ago. Expecting another nail, I thought I would need to leave it and head to McDonald's next door (or just walk home) since I hadn't made an appt and figured they'd get to it when they could. Joe suggested I wait for an initial examination before heading out. Less than 10mins later, they said the sensor might have been tripped just by normal air seepage.....the worst tire was only down 4-lbs! They didn't charge me Anything! They even spent a couple minutes telling me information about my vehicle that I'd never heard before. I'm So impressed that they cared more about taking care of me than getting money the dishonest way. I won't be going anywhere else while I live in this area.*Note: During both visits, I was shown to one of several personal rooms with a monitor showing the lot and my car. The restroom and my waiting room were both immaculately clean and they offered bottled water.Services: Tires

A big KUDO'S to Mr Norris and Larry. I applaud those 2 guys and their staff. I went into their shop with my jaguar jerking and pulling, within less than a week, those guys had me rolling out in what seems to be a brand new jaguar. Mr. Norris bless his heart, explained everything to me that needed to be done in details, and so did Larry, very customer oriented. You guys ROCK and have me as a customer for life. I visited there today. I hadn't been there in over a year because I purchased a new car and its under warranty. I scheduled my appointment for 8:30am and when I arrived at 8:01 am, I was told very nasty that I was late and my appointment was at 7:30am. I said, that's impossible because that's the time I drop my daughter off for school so there is now way I agreed to get there at 7:30am. I also explained to them that the reason I was 30 minutes early (remember, my appointment was at 8:30am) is because my car kept stalling to start (push button start, car is a 2020). I let them turn the car off to change the oil. After being there an hour, the guy quotes my oil change and says to me that he will "check my battery" to see if its low. At about 10:45 am (at this point, I'm there for 2 hours for an oil change), its time to pay and they tried to charge me $125.00 for "looking at my battery to figure out what the problem was". I was never told that it would cost me an additional $125 to "look at my battery". I asked him why would I pay $125 for something AutoZone does for free?! He then got nasty and told me that he will drop the $125 so "I wouldn't leave on bad terms" and I asked that I never return. I said, "no problem, you aren't the only mechanic in town that does oil changes". Never, ever deal with these people.

Very rude. Called for a price quote on replacing struts, mind you I always shop around before committing. Mentioned I purchased my own struts and was told “you don’t bring your own burger to MCDonalds to cook its the same thing here” he shut down and shut me down after that and I just got off the phone. I tried explaining that I purchased them after shopping around and being told by GoodYear, AutoZone, Advanced auto parts and other shops that my best shot was a dealer since they were sold out everywhere and they only make genuine parts for the struts I needed…. I didn’t bother to ask about the tires I needed…. I’ll go elsewhere lol horrible customer service. Let the customer SPEAK before catching an attitude.

This is my new mechanic shop. They were able to fix my problem the same day and get my car back on the road. Price was very reasonable and they are very professional and friendly.

I called inquiring on a price for servicing my car, the man who answered the phone hung up immediately after hearing my question, I proceeded to call back because I thought this was accidental. After calling 2 more times I was able to get through to the same man and after asking him the question again he rudely stated that he would not tell me that over the phone and dismissed me as if my business did not matter. He was very unprofessional and rude.

Prices were outrageous, and I couldn't tell if I was being rick rolled or not. The owner is very authoritative, and not in a good way, but then becomes nice and hospitable. I will likely never come here again since I only came because I thought they could give me my car faster than another dealership. I was faulted for being 10 to 15 minutes late...where's the grace? This place is okay, but they think they're better than they really are. They will lose no business from this review and I don't want them to. But I'll be keeping my services elsewhere. They did the job though and I'm grateful.
