9yrs I always find myself back here with Julie that's the owner's name. She is very nice and the best around here when it comes to the eyelashes but I do get my nails done as well never had a problem always liked my service.

I originally had plans on going to there sister shop across the street, but the tech requested I go here (Modern Nails) because a tech would be ready in 5 minutes… ok no big deal right? Wrong… I asked for a full set and had it done on Thursday 02/16/2023. Since that date ALL of my nails have slowly been lifting. My middle finger nails are the worse! It’s undeniably painful to have those nails bend at any given time. I paid almost $60 for something that couldn’t last for at least 2 weeks.

Do not get your nails done here!!! Poor customer service!!! Got nails done paid $55 dollars and two days later, two of my nails broke. I went back to get repaired and she made me wait 45 minutes to and hour to repair!! Unacceptable!!!Service: Acrylic nails

I'd give zero stars if I could. i was told the guy was the "dipping powder expert". first off some young kid did the prep of my nails and my nail tips. Should've left right there. He didn't barely even glue the tips on. they were peeling up on the corners. He acted like he was afraid of the nail file, the deemed, had no idea what he was doing. Simply awful! i told him I wanted Oval and he gave me cat claws. i kept saying rounder not pointy. then passes me off the only person that can do dipping powder. And old shaky man who used so much base coat prior to each dip -- it's no wonder i had to blow dry each application! in addition, he was going to leave my nails shaped just like this! I was like, my nails aren't fat & wide and he was like. That's the shape you asked for. Like WHAT?! i did not ask for fat and wide nails. I gave him payment and just walked out unfinished. I've been getting dip powder nails for nearly 6 years and I've never had them done like this guy did. So awful!
