I purchased a bag from this store and 3 weeks later the crossbody strap broke off the bag. The entire stitching just ripped out. I called the store and they told me a manager would be in contact. I waited a week and never heard. I called the store again only to be told the manager was on vacation but I would be contacted shortly. They eventually contacted me and told me to reach out to MCM corporate and provided me an email address for repairs. I sent photos and information of my bag to that address and was told to ultimately return the bag to the store. I was never offered a shipping label or any kind of accommodation. I called the store 6 times during normal business hours to make sure I could still return the bag before I drove from Virginia and there was no answer any of the times I called. Possibly the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered on the store's part and MCM's part. Save yourself the hassle and buy the bags from Nordstrom. At least you know they'll take care of any issues that pop up. The selection in the MCM store isn't that great anyway.

An employee Left a sensor on my bag. I didn’t notice it until I wore it out recently and went shopping. I went into Saks and the alarm went off I was detained by security because they thought the bad was stolen

Very very poor service as if she got disgusted by us entering the store. Never helped and welcomed us. She was always on her phone or in the storage room. And when we asked about a price of a bag she would have gave us her back and whispers the price. Her name was Gabrielle and I really do wish some action is made.

If I could give the customer service I receive at MCM it would a zero!! The sales clerk thought she was to cute to work! Rolled her eyes the entire time, kept bending over to show the tramp stamp above her a*** No customer service or personality at all!! I will never give MCM my business again and regret making the purchase after the Charlie Wilson show. I suggest MCM start customer training immediately and / or require dress code appropriate clothing for work! †â€â€

I walked into the shop with my cousin looking for a present for my daughter. The young man was standing in front of the center table playing with his hair, Didn't show cause of concern with helping me nor with even acknowledging our presence with in the store. I can't even say that it was a white on black thing, because it wasn't it was black on black. I had well over the amount to spend on what ever I wanted in the store, but because I felt like I was being looked at like I couldn't afford anything... Totally Disrespectful To me and my family member. Please teach your employees not to judge a book by its cover...

The young man that works at this store is rude, doesn't pay any attention to the customers, and the manager is equally rude. This store will never get any business from me as long as Mr Daryl is working there. I almost lost my sanity.... You will not have a store when you have rude disrespectful people working for you. I will be taking my money else where at least I know I'm being greeted and taken care of...
