“The 5 stars is for the person that helped, I think her name is Carlita, she was very helpful in reducing my bill. I was glad she took time to help me because it looked like she had a ton of boxes that she had to deal with. It would have been nice for her coworker to help her instead of just standing outside. He didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the store. This made me think Carlita was the store manager.”
“Today I switched my phone carrier to T-Mobile. I decided to go to this location since it’s close. I got there as soon as it opened and there was already a line. Two employees, Wilson (store manager) and Tyron helped me. I was in a time crunch but these two gentleman were willing to help me. What impressed me most about Tyrone was his diligence and willingness to go the extra mile when porting one of my numbers had an issue. He was determined to get it done so I wouldn’t have to come back. Eventually, I did have to come back because the issue could not be resolved before I had to leave.
While waiting, this store got extremely packed. Both Wilson and Tyrone made sure to greet each customer and get them signed in all while making sure the customers in front of them were serviced. Even though people were getting frustrated they continued to work diligently to help each customer. Since I had to leave, Wilson insured me that he would be there when I came back.
I returned and was helped by Jason since both were on lunch. Jason gave exceptional service. When Wilson returned, he remembered and brought Jason up to speed. Jason made sure our last number was ported. He even made sure to put the screen protectors on our phones and deal with another service provider with patience.
To be helped by 3 individuals and watch how all of the employees cared about their customers made me feel that our decision to switch to T-Mobile was a great one ??.
To watch Wilson navigate between Spanish speaking customers, English speaking customers, older people and younger people and his employees with fluidity was remarkable. He had the ability to relate to each subgroup. It was obvious he cared about his customers and his people. I could write more but I’ll end with this: customer service today was on point.”
“It works. I worked at the KMart when I was a teen. I knew this Tatget wouldn't be huge but it serves ita purpose although it's a hit or miss sometimes with merch. They do have groceries and all that. I even got a big kettle bell from there. I get meat there too and it's GOOD! I wish it were bigger but they worked with what they had. The employees are nice too.”
