I went to this store 2 times in the last 2 days. I was told by Metro PCs that I was eligible for an upgrade. When I were here the person Sunday evening told me none of their phones were upgrade eligible. I came back on Monday after calling customer service again and got more attitude than help!! The gentleman told me metropcs lies, there are no upgrade discounts. I should get customer service to give me the phone. He also told the customer service rep that $319.99 was the best upgrade price he could give me. When that is the retail price they sell the phone for. I was told to call other stores, but at this point I just want another cell phone company.
