Customer Service was really bad. I had taken a new phone that needed the old information transfer to my phone and p was given incorrect information. Poor service. This place would be the wrong place to go for help.

I had to come here because all the other Metro PCS stores were closed or either moved to another location!! ? It wasn't close to home be as though I live in northeast Washington DC! I don't like the fact that they don't have the machine where you can just conveniently pay your bill without a fee. So I had to pay my bill at the counter which caused an additional fee! ? Customer service was okay! But they were speaking another language in front of me which made me very uncomfortable! Other than that I am thankful that the store was open so that I can pay my bill.

The 5 stars is for the person that helped, I think her name is Carlita, she was very helpful in reducing my bill. I was glad she took time to help me because it looked like she had a ton of boxes that she had to deal with. It would have been nice for her coworker to help her instead of just standing outside. He didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in the store. This made me think Carlita was the store manager.
