“I don't have a personal account, but am here often for work. I'd say I'm here at least three times a month, so it's almost abysmal that it took me this long to write a review. Jonathan and Sylvia and Vernon make this place a joy to visit each time I'm here. Deposits are quick and friendly, and there's always coffee (from a coffee machine). One thing to note; this branch is currently being renovated to include iPads and things of the like, so you have to go into offices to do any transactions. This slows it down a bit, but the service you receive after your brief wait is still above par.”

“There are two reviews on this site that are flat out lies. One says that this is not a bank but an ATM.the other says it is a bank but no ATM. There is the 24 hour ATM on the 14 th street side of the building. The service is great! Although one employee there at the desk can be rude. Beyza the manager is outstanding. This is another example of how social media is abused”

And I'm mad because they are now closed on the weekends and it was a convience for me to go to that location. It was close to home and made it easier for me to do transaction at that location. Due to my credit score I was only eligible for a secure card, but that's still great. They've called throughout the years to update my secure card to a card that offers benefits. “I walked in during a weekday around lunchtime. The branch was fairly empty of customers. I made eye contact with and was immediately greeted by Fatima B. I explained to her my issue regarding a service fee, which she was kindly able to reverse after hearing me out. Fatima was friendly, professional, prompt, and helpful. She also educated me on the interest-bearing benefit that I already had on one of my accounts with PNC that I was not aware of. She explained how it worked and the pros of making use of the perk. I thanked her, she handed me a business card for any follow-up questions, and I departed. I definitely recommend this branch and the stellar staff member, Fatima, who not only resolved my issue satisfactorily and without being put off, she also went above and beyond by ensuring that I was fully aware of the benefits available to me. Great downtown DC location!”

“Many of the reviews on this page seem to deal with people trying to cash checks for relatively large sums. They do not state that they are PNC customers or that they have ever done business with this brach for anything else. I have been a customer here for 20+ years, I have three bank accounts, our mortgage, my business account, a home equity line of credit, and have financed two cars with them. I have never received anything but professional service. The staff is courteous and friendly and they always have time to address any issue I have had, no matter how big or small. I recommend the Adams Morgan branch without reserve, when you sit down with any of their representatives you will be treated with respect and like a human.”

If you're ready to be a long term investor and take their advice, the returns can be incredible. As they say, not every choice is going to be a winner, so I leave all the research to them and invest some of my money in every recommendation. That way I have much more than balanced out the duds with the winners.The only negative I've experienced is their sneak-marketing campaigns for their more expensive services that masquerade as informative talks. They're truly infuriating. I'd think those would turn more people off than anything else, but it must work since they keep doing it. Just be aware.”

We only had one day in town, and she stayed past hours working with the Estate Care team to get our problem resolved. She is a true asset to Wells Fargo, and I'd highly recommend this branch. I wish I could remember the teller's name because that awesome young lady, as our first contact, was also very reassuring and competent, and as soon as we stepped into the branch and spoke with her, we were confident that they could help us. If you bank at Wells Fargo in the DC area, this is definitely the branch to go to.”
