Good afternoon,
On 9/27/2025, I visited the H&M store and made two purchases totaling $177.07, which I paid for separately. I noticed that I did not receive the discount that I believe we are entitled to as members of the store.
I would appreciate it if someone could call me at 301 501 0795 to verify the items and understand why I was not given the discount. I am a long distance from the store, otherwise I will go in person.

I know inflation is ridiculously high right now buttttt seriously ..... Their prices are outrageous through the roof.. For the material and quality of clothes / accessories they sale ... .... Shop there at your own leisure

Too many different locations for white jeans; very time consuming looking for white jeans throughout the store.

My 16-year-old is tiny and has trouble finding clothes, but she happily found 2 shirts here. She says to buy a size up because their clothes normally shrink the first time you wash/dry them.

The convenience of having a hm near me is great, but the customer service is terrible. No one greets you when i come in. Usually a wednesday afternoon, mind you the store isnt busy. The sales associates are kind but those managers are rude! I tried on clothing and wanted to put them back. I asked Ms. Attitude where the items were because she moved them to another area. The heffa act like i asked her for money and replied i moved it off the floor. No eye contact, just rude. But she had time to talk to the other manager about what they're buy/needed to go out. Luckily i dont go into stores for the customer services because most of the time its bad. Im glad they have an online option.

Very poor store management and customer service. Upon arrival at 7:30pm, the staff was unpleasant and telling me they were closing in 20 minutes soon trying to rush me out by 7:50pm, though the store closes at 9pm. I watched the employees walk around telling customers they were closing soon, trying to rush everyone out with items in hand. At 8pm, I watched the employees lock the doors to from the side entrance and close the fitting room. Very disappointing and unsatisfied with the store, especially when you are planning to take your children back to school shopping and they can’t even try on the outfits.

Call store yesterday recognize associate by the sound of his voice, said Hello. Tony the associate hung up the phone when I ask to speak to the store manager Amanda. Same unprofessional conduct only a different store. Amanda need to look him in the eye and asked him did it happen if he said No he's lying. Is this the way she allowed her store to be run in her present or not in her presence I specifically asked to speak to her nothing to do what you think is about.Needs to Fix. Don't make assumptions

I’m highly annoy because I was overcharged $50 today. I had a sale item and the cashier didn’t tell me it rang up at full price!
Update: I went back the next day and they fixed the issue. The cashier the day before didn’t do his job well. Problem solved!

Rude staff and most of them have headphones in listening to things on their phones. Less than favorable shopping experience. They have added pick up lockers for online orders.
