Very poor store management and customer service. Upon arrival at 7:30pm, the staff was unpleasant and telling me they were closing in 20 minutes soon trying to rush me out by 7:50pm, though the store closes at 9pm. I watched the employees walk around telling customers they were closing soon, trying to rush everyone out with items in hand. At 8pm, I watched the employees lock the doors to from the side entrance and close the fitting room. Very disappointing and unsatisfied with the store, especially when you are planning to take your children back to school shopping and they can’t even try on the outfits.

Call store yesterday recognize associate by the sound of his voice, said Hello. Tony the associate hung up the phone when I ask to speak to the store manager Amanda. Same unprofessional conduct only a different store. Amanda need to look him in the eye and asked him did it happen if he said No he's lying. Is this the way she allowed her store to be run in her present or not in her presence I specifically asked to speak to her nothing to do what you think is about.Needs to Fix. Don't make assumptions

I’m highly annoy because I was overcharged $50 today. I had a sale item and the cashier didn’t tell me it rang up at full price!
Update: I went back the next day and they fixed the issue. The cashier the day before didn’t do his job well. Problem solved!

Rude staff and most of them have headphones in listening to things on their phones. Less than favorable shopping experience. They have added pick up lockers for online orders.

Very unorganized and poorly managed store. Despite long lines of customers, only 1-2 cashiers. Also, unlike all other H&Ms we've shopped at, this one surprisingly cannot stack up student discount along with the membership and cloth donation discount.

The work of the cashiers is terrible due to the lack of training when it comes to charging and applying the discounts and resolving the problems. Yesterday I went shopping on Black Friday and as a member the discount had to be applied to me when I saw the invoice. I see that they didn't do it. I asked the person in charge of another area if she told me that I had to apply but since she is not from that area, I should go to where I paid. I asked the girl and the first thing she told me was like, queue and Then I insist on asking and seeing how they were charging I realized that no one was being given the discount and I remember when before and when the previous workers came they did it but if you don't ask them they don't do it at the end of so much waiting I returned it all because it was like it was a day when I bought even though on their website it said that they were giving a 30% discount more if you were a member 10% more if you bought in the store or online which was a complete total scam

This location is poorly organized and dirty. There are clothes tossed around the store, and the workers have no pride in what they do. Some are actually hostile when you ask them a simple question.
