I had the cashier ring me up some items . Later on my cashier stated that they needed the manager in order to process my transaction because I made them void an item. They had rung the bell twice and we even waited 15 minutes and they would not come. I told them to go ask someone for help cause clearly no one was coming. When the cashier asked the manager in the customers service to attend me. She yelled and responded to them in the most nastiest rudest way possible that she was busy and that we had to wait. I saw her name tag afterwards and her name states Sheyla. What type of customer service is this? Their should be more respect and more attentive of us customers that clearly we need to get attended in order for the long line to proceed.

On September 2, 2024, at 4:10 PM, I experienced a troubling incident at Gaint. I encountered Jay and Kayla, who I found to be quite unprofessional. When the printer jammed, I asked for assistance in retrieving my receipt for a $50 payment. Instead of helping, they engaged in conversation and appeared to ignore my request, which was disheartening. If this is how customers are treated at this branch, I believe an investigation is warranted. I simply needed my receipt after making a purchase, and their lack of customer service was unacceptable.

Prices are very high, Don't buy any cereal that's on sale for $1.75 or $1.99 or 3 for$ 5. The cereal is always stale that's why it's on sale because it's not good

The manager and district manager need to do better with the exterior of the store nasty....trash and sticky entrance yucky it make you don't want to go , August 6 2024 not only it's not clean outside still, the self service customer service has an unprofessional disposition, We all are not a like ...some truly need help most of their self service machine were down not working only three was working it was not authorizing my card until the third try. The customer service agent was not professional she didn't know what to do ,not informative at all. I tried again, and it worked... She was no help at all this early morning... I used to work for Giant, and I know they can do better. District manager ???

Pharmacy poor service even when I call prescriptions in the day before it’s still not ready this is every time I come here the have 2 pharmacist working 2 cashiers so why is it slow every time like it’s sad others complaining while I’m there.. like come on

Quick grab & go merchandise such as cheddar & shredded cheeses, Ken's Balsamic Dressing, Grandma Dutch Brownie Cookies & Rock Creek Ginger Ale, Strawberry & Peach Sodas but I'll pass on buying the last 2 flavors cause it was only carbonated Kool Aid with 3+ the sugar.
