Showed up 15 minutes late to open with a terrible attitude, the guy who already had my stuff on the cart said i couldn’t use the cart and if he moved it i needed to pay a delivery fee….to cart it down the hall.

This is tbe original Pop Copy location!Charged $25 handling fee to receive a package, which makes perfect sense. Charged $35 additional service fee to ship a package…until i questioned the amount and they made it $25.

Just needed some prints, but the 'managers were off' so they said it would take them three days to print these small 20 pieces...

I was just at this hotel for a conference, and needed to ship items to and from our booth using Fedex. This was, by far, the SMOOTHEST process I’ve ever had at a Fedex, and honestly, rivaled the ease of using exhibitor services shipping. All my items were brought to my booth before setup, and shipping out was a breeze, even with UPS labels!

Located at the Gaylord Hotel. FedEx is known as a service center but definitely not here. They don't believe in service. We went to pick up a package sent to the hotel since we were staying there for a work event. As we apothecary counter there was a guy at the back computer. He never got up from his seat just asked us what we needed and then shouted back and forth as he "tried" to assist us. We gave him the recipients first and last name and he said he could not locate anything under that name, tried giving him the company name and nothing. He was not helpful and was super rude. Well onto the next package that we were looking for this time we gave him the tracking number and miraculously he found both packages which were under the name previously given. Along with crappy service they charge ridiculous fees just to get a package delivered there. This should be your last resort if you have to use their services.

They charge a handling fee for being inside the hotel. On top of the normal shipping fees. Even if the shipping label was prepaid.

writing this review a little late, but the staff here is stellar. i worked a conference here recently and had a couple bumps with signage, but the fedex staff, especially lisa, really came through and assisted where they could. it was not their responsibility to help but they did anyway, and i can’t thank them enough.

Awful service with ridiculous fees! Had an Amazon package (size of an envelope) delivered to the hotel, but when I went to pick it up from the front desk, they said I had to go to Fed Ex. So I went, and the cashier said there would be a $2 fee. I have never, ever been charged a fee for receiving an envelope at a hotel! I reluctantly pay the fee, and wait.A couple minutes later, another guy does the same thing, but DOESN'T get charged a fee. The cashier tells him that since they're already delivering mine, it will be one trip, so he doesn't need to pay. What?!I end up waiting for 10 minutes and I go back to the counter and ask what the deal is. He said they can't find the other guy's package. So I say, well I need to be somewhere, can you deliver it to my room? And he said, "Sure, but that will be an additional charge." OMFG.Moral of the story is, don't get a package delivered to the hotel if at all possible. If you do, just beware that it costs money and they are slow.

While I understand that you now want to charge a fee to deliver to a guest room ($15 is more than any other hotel to do that), it should be on you to call the room and let them know they have a package. Had I (the sender) not called just now, the recipient would have left never knowing there was a package for them. Package delivered on Friday and I called Tuesday morning, ample time for you to provide a basic level of customer service.

Fair prices and service. I had to design a few business cards here and they were kind enough to accommodate me with a courtesy print when their printer misprinted them. You know what you are getting into by going into a copy center located inside a convention center. You either are making something just this instant, just getting the design in from a third party, or waited until the last minute to do printing/copying/faxing. Hopefully they don't charge you drop-off fees for prepaid postage. If so, definitely go some place else.

Not convenient at all. Located inside the resort so it feels like tour walking 5 minutes to get there. Then there's an additional charge on top of the shipping fees your already paying. Just because its located in the hotel

Would love to give them zero stars but that is not an option because they STOLE MY TV. I dropped off a 4k flatscreen TV on Tuesday the 12th of October. They were very busy and would not give me a receipt for tracking because they were "too backed up". They took my email for tracking and never sent anything. I have called multiple times and they just put my on hold for up to an hour at a time. Long story short, they are "sorry but they can't help me". Fedex corporate won't do anything either. This place is a joke- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Be aware, if you plan to drop off a package go elsewhere! Drop off parking is really limited and any package dropped off comes with a nickle and dime fee due to being inside gaylord, even when prepaid.
