Went to DTLR right outside of Eastover Shopping Center ? in Oxon Hill, MD to look for some New Running Shoes. They had a nice selection of running shoes, but I Choose these ASICS. I Love the look, and they were So Comfortable I had to get them. Overall the Staff was Friendly and Accommodating which also helped me make my purchase at this location.

I hate going to this location, every time I go in there, customer service is terrible. The employees never ask you can I help you. One of their workers was talking to the security guard instead of helping people. One time I went in there and all the employees was having conversations with each other instead of helping people.They need to do better.They don’t deserve one star.

Absolutely no customer service!!! The music was too loud!!! Walked in towards the shoe wall and chose my shoe, and I waited to see if anyone would come and help me...NOT. There was gentleman on the floor folding the apparel, and he did not acknowledge anyone that walked in. I had to walk towards the register to seek assistance. Get to the register to make my purchase...and I ask if my phone number was in the system and I was told NO. The cashier didn't even offer to get my number in the system, and I didn't ask because after my experience I may not shop at DTLR again.
