DTLR, you all need to do better if you want customers to spend money in your store. How is someone supposed to get a good feel for trying on shoes if you can only try on 1 shoe at a time. Meaning left or right but not both at the same time. Smh Make matters worse she gives me the left shoe first.

Went to DTLR right outside of Eastover Shopping Center ? in Oxon Hill, MD to look for some New Running Shoes. They had a nice selection of running shoes, but I Choose these ASICS. I Love the look, and they were So Comfortable I had to get them. Overall the Staff was Friendly and Accommodating which also helped me make my purchase at this location.

I hate going to this location, every time I go in there, customer service is terrible. The employees never ask you can I help you. One of their workers was talking to the security guard instead of helping people. One time I went in there and all the employees was having conversations with each other instead of helping people.They need to do better.They don’t deserve one star.
