i went today Saturday 12:52 1/22/2022 Store # 652. I was at checkout with my items and it was time for checkout i was trying to do apple pay and it couldnt go thru had some problems it didnt rake me not even 1 minute and that point the Sales associate named Preston started saying hurry up and doing hand motions it was the rudest way ive seen someone treat customer . My Wife and were trying to get wallet to pay with our card and he kept on talking between his mouth and saying the most disrespectful knowing im the customer and all people knew the way he was treating us was not right. I have 20 years living in Oxon Hill and coming to the same store and ive never been treated that way until now.! So everyone can know his name is Preston and hes a cashier in dollar tree

This Dollar Tree visit sufficed for today. It had exactly what I needed and a little more. Its best to het things turn of the season. The cute plates were gone. Thats ok Im crafty. They have other things to make your table festive. Surprisingly enough it wasn't crowded. Thanks Dollar Tree.

For the hood, customer service was pretty decent. As far as quality of shelving, I believe they have potential but due to the area it may be hard to keep them stocked. Lastly, I believe with proper management and staff this location can be great.

It's improved a bit as far as appearance.Before the pandemic, they only had a handful of shopping carts and the floors were filthy. They appeared to have never been mopped and the shelves were not always properly stocked.After numerous complaints from customers to the corporate office, new shopping carts were purchased and the floors finally mopped.But there is still room for improvement!

I had an amazing experience here. I was shopping for items for prom last minute to fix some decorations at Ballou and I purchased a lot of stuff. Kevon was so nice and patience. He bagged everything with care and wasn’t at all bothered by my large order. He was just a super nice person. AMAZING customer service. He then apologized to the customer behind me for the delay. A totally awesome young man. The store was super clean and shelves stocked. I say merchandise in this store that I haven’t seen anywhere else. I live way across town but I’ll be back!!! THANKS KEVON!!!

Is it the best Dollar Tree? No. Ive seen some in Baltimore County that would blow you away. However they always seem to be wel stocked earlier in the day. So if you need something (ie specific cleaning supplies, household good) please go before 1pm. Also the lines can be quite long (especially around holidays) so the earlier you're in then the earlier you are out.

Today was much better... The young lady said have your money ready to make the transaction smooth... they had the lines open, the store was stocked and clean. If the young lady with the glasses aint management she needs to be. She had the Dollar Tree rocking today... I was in and out in less then 10 minutes.
