Why is this store allowed to even operate?!?! Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. Lines are always too long with one register open.
I have complained to corporate and answered customer satisfaction surveys to no avail. I’m moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I refuse to do business with a company that does not appreciate my business!!!! Do better!!!

Theeeee worst pharmacy known to mankind!!! The pharmacy alone is capable of putting this CVS out of business! Piss poor customer service, slow as heck, they answer the phone and hangs up or not say anything, the lines are painfully long and slow, and the pharmacist are incompetent

The worst CVS in the area. They are negligent with customers. I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for a representative on the aisle number 3 cuz I needed an item that was locked. Not one came and I just had to leave. Please bring more personal there. It’s always a crowded store.

Worst cvs on the are make wait on line for more than 15min to tell me they are close. Careless, they told me the couldn't give my prescription because it was time to go on break when I was there early. When 2 times but without anything. Don't waist your time here. There was not even manager on duty.

While the lines may be way too long, this cvs is superior to any other pharmacy in the area. Covid tests are quickly put together for pick up, UPS drop offs are easy, passport photos are doable. But most importantly, I have been getting vaccines here recently and the pharmacist providing them has been, hands down, the kindest and most gentle pharmacist I have ever interacted with.
