I asked for a flu shot and the gentleman was very rude and mad because he acted like I was bothering him .. he ask me to wait 10 mins and I’m still waiting 25 mins later and I have to go to work !! So I’m leave

I am very satisfied with the service that I received. The pharmacy team member at the checkout was very professional and helpful. She did an amazing job quickly serving customers with great customer service and professionalism. She worked that pharmacy pick up line quickly by handling three customers at a time on three different cash registers single handed. I can’t stress enough how amazing she was.

bad management. The store is always short staff, making the customer wait for a long time then upsets them. And of course the staff who are working are being treated so bad by these upset customers. Ive seen customers and staff fighting, no security or manager around to break off the fight. I usually come in the morning bec it is not that busy. Last week i have to pick up a medicine, decided to also get a flu shot for mom and auntie, walk in are welcome before coming in. we are waiting for so long and ended up not getting bec they said it is out of stock. Today i made an appt, came in 10 mins before. Still waited for more than 10mins to check in and 20 mins to get the shot. Pls hire more people and open up a self check out.

CVS PHARMACY IN RIVERTOWNE IS THE WORST! They said it would be ready by 6pm and I dropped off my prescriptions yesterday morning. I gave them a day and still nothing. They told me 30 mins today, waited longer. Now I'm told he will have it done in 10 mins. What is the hold up?

Doc sent over prescription in the 10:00 hour, pharmacist told me it would be ready in hour, got to store still wasn't ready.. Super slow service... All the damn time

This CVS pharmacy is terrible. I have a condition where taking or not having medication when i need it is not an option. I have been in on several occasions because i put in for refills that were not filled and no updates. The response i got that was ridiculous about they were remodeling... okay so i just don't take my meds until the store is ready huh? In the process of switching to the CVS inside the target....

Poor service ! I have been coming here for years and have been putting up with the sporadic poor service, losing a pain medication prescription that I walked in and came back less than a half hour later and they could not find it. I had just had surgery and had my uBer drop me off at this CVS just to fill that prescription. They eventually found it after the Pharmacist got involved. They have: - Lost prescriptions. - Continue to fill prescriptions that I have repeatedly informed them I do not take any longer. - Half the time the cashier/tech giving you your prescriptions gets an attitude if they must do anything more then ring up your bill. The cashier that gave me my prescriptions had poor customer service skills. Her body language and continuous sighing at the end of every sentence made it obvious it was a bother to answer a question. If it was my establishment I would remove here immediately. This is just one example that has made me look at other Pharmacies. Not going to waste too much time writing this review because I am kind of done with them. My advice if your looking for a Pharmacist do not come here. I have lived in the SE DC area most of my life and try to patronize the establishments in my area but when it comes to something as serious as my medications, I will have to start looking at other Pharmacies.

It has gotten a lot better. I don't usually have to wait in long lines likely due to the time that I go. I go during the day and have my app ready with my RX info. It does suck that everything is locked up or has to be behind the cash register but it's our own fault. As a people, we need to so better. If you need Dove so bad that you need to steal it, hit the library, sign up for Ebates and Groupon and get Dove with cash back just like you get from flippin CVS where they always have sales and cash back. I was going to the one near Fort Foote Elementary School because of the horrible pharmacy but it is a lot better.

If you call within 15 mins of closing then they will hang up on you repeatedly until the pharmacy is closed. Or maybe they do this even if they aren't about to close too, who knows.

This was my "to go" cvs growing up for 20+ years, now when I visit this area it's a ghost of its former self. Plain talk it's horrible.....long lines, two cashiers, no floor help. I received a call that my prescription was ready for pick up, came in and had to wait an additional 40 minutes......ridiculous.
