My husband and I almost skipped the store because it looked closed - it was dark, with a standing sales sign blocking the usage of one door with multiple paper signs taped to the blocked door. I’m nosy, so I went over to read the signs. The store was in fact open, but apparently one of the doors is in disrepair. The three stars are for Kevin, who provided excellent customer service. Brighten up the store a bit and fix the door, you’re missing out on potential customers!

I came to this store at 6:58pm to do a quick exchange on a pair of shoes that I purchased and I get greeted by the current store manage and I go I was here at 6:58 and your door was locked. She tells me, well we are short staffed and we locked the door early and I'm training someone. So I ask, does corporate know that you closed early?She goes yes they know we are short staffed. I go, that's not what I asked, I go, do they know you closed early? So, I go, I'll call corporate and she goes go ahead Friday is my last day anyways. Then I asked to speak to the store manager in training and she was very condescending and rude. She goes ya I heard you were knocking on the door, and we locked the door. I go all I wanted to do was make a quick exchange. She goes on and closed the door. I get better customer service at Walmart and that's sad. I will not be back shopping at your stores getting treated like that. A man even walked by and heard it and goes that's wrong. I go, ya they got great customer service I see

Good selection, but my shout out is for Dominique who was the nicest and most helpful salesperson. Her suggestions resulted in me trying a different pump for work and it was so comfy I ended up getting 3 pairs. She gets five stars from me.

It's still my go-to online, but the store does not hold wide sizes, and apparently, dogs are not allowed anymore. There is nothing on the door saying otherwise

Buyers beware! I have fiited a pair of sneakers from this store and walked and tested okay for 10 minutes, but upon wearing the shoes for a vacation, the shoes were not as comfortable anymore and gave me very bad blisters on the left upper heel. I called their 1-800 numbers and the local retail outlet store to plea for a return. They wouldn't take it back because you could only return unworn shoes. When I mentioned that it had a little bit of blood on the back side as a result of the blister, they just said SORRY. As a summary, their return policy sucks for a not so cheap shoe company. The rep that I talked to said this was a fit issue - REALLY?? Trying to blame it on the consumer rather on their defective shoe. How would one know the actual comfortability of a shoe without wearing it for a while? I really thought that Cole Haan is a good shoe store, but this proves they are not. Very frustrated.
