I called for an estimate and called back minutes later to book services. He sounded annoyed that I had called around before booking with him. Then he said the driver would be there in about an hour but never arrived and he never answered my call backs. If you want to have your time wasted and be penalized for calling around for the best rate Big Parks Towing is the place to go - pathetic!

My car battery died and my daughter contacted Big Parks Towing to assist me. The tow driver Mr P Parks got to me in a matter of 10 minutes, he was very courteous and professional. He got my battery going and before I could make it home it acted up again. I made a quick call to Mr Parks and he immediately turned around to help me with my car battery again and tightened some loose cables as a extra precaution. I made it home safely and will be forever great full for their excellent service. I will definitely use them again for my roadside emergency needs.
