Update: went to deposit cash at the ATM and the ATM ate my money and froze then had to go through the inconvenient process of calling to file a dispute and to go through headache with this never have. I had an ATM do this and it should never do this, and it’s stressful for a customer to have all their money, just disappear in a metal box that you have no power to do anything with a nobody at the bank will help youHorrible service and no drive up teller service or separate business teller line

This is the worst bank I been to in years! I went in to open a bank a count and waited for over an hour with nobody to even come talk to me they just told me to sit and wait at the entrance and nothing! Am so glad I didn’t open an account with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Zero Stars.

I actually like this location . however, tonight my check got stuck in the atm . I hope it is resolved in my favor quickly. will update my rating after.update . as of 4.20.22 I changed my rating to 5 stars as the issue was quickly resolved in my favor . thank you :)

It would be nice if they have drive-thru, some times the line inside extended to the outside, they only have one teller most of the time, they also start closing at 4pm while other banks in the area stays till 5pm or 6pm.

I love my bank but this branch is always packed & severely understaffed. The employees are nice though & patient.

Very disappointed about this location. I deposited some money at the ATM and the amount was not right on my bank account, they said they will help with with the issue in 2 to 10 days but still waiting (my money) Be careful when you deposit money guys!!!

Rude and dismissive management. Bankers and tellers are friendly, but management makes it a 0 star place. Will never come back here. If there is an issue, but you don't address it or let me know to fix it, why would you tell me that I am in trouble for making the mistake? Who does that to a customer?Randomly being closed without letting people know is also a big hassle. I could understand that during peak covid times, but quite literally everywhere else does not have this issue right now. Today was Friday late morning. I saw a bunch of people outside looking and seeing that it was closed. If you are going to bother updating your covid-19 updates, why are the business hours not updated? It states you are open.Very frustrated and disappointed with this location. I'm literally driving 20 minutes further away just to avoid coming here.

I am very pleased with the outstanding service i received from Luis Acosta at the finsncial center. He was very professional and very detailed. He asked me many great questions and helped me create what he called a life plan. Never had i had anyone assust me eirh my finacial goals like luis did. Thank you
