As I enter the store it was very dark I thought they was closing but when I saw the fan running I assumed that they had the lights off because it was hot. The sales associate didn't greet me she just told me about the sale. I proceeded to look around at various clothing items. There was an item that I was interested in. I went and ask a lady about the item. She was the manger on duty. She did answer my question but wasn't really friendly. A few mintues later the manger went and turned the music off.
I worked retail before so I know what that mean when you turn the music off. I ask the manger was they about to close and she said yes, I asked her what time did they close she said 7.00 okay it was about 6:45pm. The problem that I have is first I didn't know the store closing hours second when you're a manger you give good customer service until you lock that door.
Oh as was leaving out the sale associate was pulling down the gates and smoking a cigarette. I was asking her something and she look at me like I was crazy and walk back in the store.

The staff at the Eastover (Oxon Hill, MD) location never disappoint. They're engaging, helpful, patient and they always make sure I leave with a smile on my face.

Staff is aggressive. If you don’t hear them say “hi,” the attitude that comes with it is insane. Also ordering clothes online and picking up in store is a joke. No one notifies you that your clothes are ready, and then when you call in to ask about your clothes you’re met with attitude. It honestly could just be this location, but do better. Shopping is suppose to be fun, not intimidating.

I love shopping here! Sometimes, the space appears inadequate to accommodate all of the merchandise and that does negatively impact my shopping experience (feeling claustrophobic).
