I was impressed that they inspected my appliances before sending them out for delivery, returned one of them to the manufacturer when a dent was discovered which prevented it functioning properly, and kept me informed during the whole process. “Brothers Sew & Vac at 3317 Connecticut Ave., NW, between Macomb and Ordway Sts., is where I have been taking my 2000-2001 Miele vacuum cleaner for repair for almost 5-7 years. They’re great. The nicest guy works there, Assane (pronounced like Hassan without the H), and he does much of the repair work himself. I was last in there in 2019, and I remembered how great he was the last time. It’s not cheap getting my Miele vacuum repaired, but they do a great job and know their business. Check them out.”

I don't remember the gentlema's name, but he was friendly knowledgeable and engaging. Hi offered expertise advice and suggestions. I rarely get any of that when l shop at Home Depot , employee are usually reactivate and just know which direction to point me in. The rarely know the products. I Recommend it”
“I bought my gaming monitor at this location and received excellent service. The staff were always eager to help and technically knowledgeable. There was a wide variety of monitors to test, view, interact with, and touch, something I rarely found in other Best Buy locations, which typically had only 3 or 4 monitors on display. Here, there were at least 20 or more. I highly recommend a visit!”
