I never write reviews. Ever. But do not go to this location. They will rip you off, make you get more expensive versions of things, and then if you want to change it, they will hassle you into making another appointment. I couldn't talk to anyone helpful when I called to fix this. They also took about 3 hours to complete my first appointment, when there was NO ONE in the store. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere, anywhere else.

I had an appointment today at 11:10 I had to wait over 2 hours for a follow up contact appointment that took not even 5 minutes once I was seen by the virtual doctor. This is an extremely long time to be waiting. This is the worst Americas Best center I’ve ever been to. There is 2 exam rooms and only one is being used that is ridiculous. Something need to be done, I just read through some of the other comments. This location need a major overhaul…..??

After returning three visits, because my prescription was read and submitted incorrectly; I settled on an overpriced pair, for work purposes. With this I needed to pay extra for a video exam, which proved my prescription was being read and submitted backwards. Left should have been right and vice versa. This lead to a lengthy wait and expensive ordeal for me. I could have gone to Warby Parker...again.

I couldn't get past the phone call. The mumbled talking as if she was not interested in her job or answering my question was all I needed to experience. I could also overhear another untrained person in the background on the phone. I could tell customer service is non-existent at this location.

If I could I would give them a negative one (zero). I visited this America’s Best location to purchase new glasses. I waited nearly a hour for the elderly lady, Ms. Love Grace to assist me. The store was completely empty! One of the staff members was re-braiding her hair. They clearly don’t care about customer’s at this location.

The staff were very polite. The wait was extraordinarily long because they were short staff. I waited for a good while then a nice young lady took me into a room to check my eyes on several different machines. I waited again for a good while, looked for glasses until I was called into another room where I had a video visit with a gentle man who guided us through additional eye exams. After that I waited for another video visit with an eye doctor who review the findings. Our conversation was cut short. The young lady told us that there was another person waiting. I couldn't find glasses that I wanted. I was there 4 hours. They were very polite.

This America’s Best eyeglasses and contacts located on Indianhead highway is very ghetto and unprofessional they don’t greet their customers they have nasty attitudes and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there that wanted any kind of good service

They don't take insurance anymore, they also changed the glasses protection plan rules. They were my favorite place to go to but now I don't like their services at all. The doctor also quit because of the changes this company has made.

America's Best False Advertising Company in the United States of America! If you don't have high blood pressure, you will... during andafter your visit at this store. $69.99 for One pair of dollar store quality glasses and an eye exam given by a cross-eyed doctor for $520.00? Customer service is null and void. After the customer service agent lady finally connected me to the Virtual Consultant, she inquired about training programs and opportunities in the eye care industry. What? I'm sweating and waiting to get out of this place quickly. Training is needed in how to be a customer service agent. Very unprofessional in every way. I got robbed of time and money.

This is a horrible location! The general manager is very unprofessional. It’s also terrible that only the manager is able to complete your transaction, because of this you have a very long wait time. While the manager is checking people out she’s also answering the phones, answering everyone’s questions, and gossiping with the other workers at the same time. More employees should be trained to check people out and do other work in this establishment. The manager wants to clearly be the only person that knows how to do stuff. The staff doesn’t know anything, they always tell you that you have to speak to the manager she’s the only one that knows anything. This location needs all new staff, especially a new manager or should be closed down!

After examine on Jan 12,2021 the exam was free was dropped and I was told pick up glasses in 2 weeks.as of yet I have not recieved my glasses,I was told order was never sent out.still waiting suppose to be 2 weeks.

First let me say I am a 20 year customer of AB. Ms Luv and the staff have always be nothing but kind, courteous and professional but on this occasion the receptionist Joquinna was loud rude and very unprofessional. She was very quickly dismissive with my concerns for having my glasses repaired before properly accessing or examining the condition of the glasses. I was told they were broken and could not be fixed. Than I was told they were bent beyond repair. Than I was told to wait without signing me in. All this was done in a loud disrespectful manner designed to intimidate and cause me to leave? This type of behavior towards customers should not be tolerated and the management should take corrective action if this location is to survive. There is never any excuse for poor customer service. I was eventually seen after waiting long enough to make my own repair.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had to deal with it wasn’t the entire staff you had one thinking she was at home and forgot she was at work very unprofessional. Talking to me like I was one of her friends on the street and thought it was cute or funny very poor manners and disrespectful talk personal and laugh more then actual Action of helping Customers get help In getting eye care.. the other three were very respectful and one of them even had to check her.
