I came to this location on 10/1/23 at 550pm, they close at 6, but I wanted to stop by to see if they had something I had seen online. Before I could get through the door a young lady blocked it and asked her co workers if we could come in, before we came in the co worker asked “are you buying anything?!” That was so rude and tacky! I did plan to buy but after that question, no I will not spend any money here. They ain’t want me too anyway because they had already shut down their register! Do you all really want people working for your company that’s causing you money and being rude to your customers?! It was ghetto!

My son recently purchase a cross necklace for me online. I went to wear it and the necklace split in half as i was putting it on. They do not give an option to return damage products, their online hours are not convenient for customers to handle returns and damage products. They have to understand people do not have money to waste to purchase items that isn't worth getting if it's going to come damaged. I want a new necklace.

I came to this location at 7:53pm and they close at 8pm… the two women would not open the door to service me. One woman has dreads and the other straight hair in a ponytail… this isn’t the first time that I’ve come during business hours and refused service… if a business is supposed to be open until a certain time, it should be just that, open. I’m typing this at 7:58 as they look at me blankly from within the store.

I visited this location on 8/18/23 along with my friend in hopes to find 2 perfect gifts for 2 friends that we would be celebrating. I asked to see the bracelet with Frida Kahlo because 1 friend is an artist and loves Frida's work. The clerk Anise, showed me the last bracelet with Frida's picture on it and the bracelet was tarnished. After bringing the condition of the bracelet to her attention she seemed very disinterested in helping us find items that we loved. We continued to browse the store on our own with no suggestions from the clerk. I found 2 bracelets to give but we purchased no additional items. My friend is a shop-a-holic and loves jewelry but the energy from the clerk caused us to leave and shop elsewhere.

I had an awful experience this location. I’ve shopped with Alex and Ani for several years; this is the first time I’ve felt like I no longer wanted to patronize the stores.I shopped at the Baltimore National Harbor location and although busy, Aneese gave me wonderful service. I bought 4 bracelets (2 of which she suggested) and checked out. The registers were having trouble running cards so it took a while to check out. ANEESE was attentive and communicated very well but she never mentioned signing up for anything or a warranty.One of the bracelets I purchased was the “Path of Life” bracelet ($40 value) and the charm had some crystal stones on it (an upgrade from the one I was replacing). By the time I got home, 2 of the stones were missing.The next day I went back to the same location. Immediately there was a different vibe. A woman named TYRICE appeared out of the back room, stood still and folded her arms. No welcoming gestures at all. I explained to Tyrice that I purchased a bracelet the previous day and stones were missing. She explained that maybe it was just that one and they could possibly replace it IF I had a warranty.Although she offered to replace the bracelet without the warranty. I told her I didn’t want the same bracelet. It seemed that I would lose stones with this design. I offered to purchase more bracelets with the price difference. She said okay but still pushed to replace it with the same design.She finally let me get the “Path of Life” bracelet that had no stones on it but lied to me and said this one costed more than the one I was returning. She switched the bracelets and when I asked for a receipt… refused to give me one. I’m assuming this was so I could not see that she was charging me the same price for a cheaper item. She told me several times that I shouldn’t be able to exchange because I didn’t have a warranty. I understood the policy but was willing to purchase more with the $20 price difference. I ended up ordering online.Unfortunately, I will never shop in your stores anymore. Tyrice was so dishonest. I felt like she wasn’t welcoming at all. While she was trying to avoid an exchange/return she actually made me not want to purchase anything else.

I love my bracelets...at first. But after wearing them for several months they started to turn. It is not worth the money. You will get your money's worth from Pandora. Leave Alex and Ani in the factory trying to figure out how to make a better product.

I am beyond unsatisfied. I order 5 silver bracelets. 2 started turning a brassy color. They will not clean. I wanted silver not brassy looking bracelets. I emailed the company and the response I got was “After reviewing the photos provided, we are unable to approve your claim. Tarnish is not covered under our limited warranty.” Absolutely ridiculous!!! I will never purchase from Alex and Ani again since they don’t stand behind there products.

The products are highly priced for cheap quality and I was unimpressed by the selection. Could easily find the exact same products for cheaper on Etsy or other stores.

Walked in just to look around and 2/3 employees working looked absolutely miserable. Walked up to a girl and said “excuse me” … she wouldn’t even look up from what she was doing… and I asked her how much a bracelet was. She grabbed the bracelet out of my hand and shoved it back to me saying “45”. I walked out!
