Good morning I just left storw #7521 eastover md went into search for parts but I was greeted with loud music playing in the store like a party was going on...2nd I,went to,the parts counter and,was greeted with a unwelcoming stare as if what u want or doing here yoir bothering our party ..so I ask about a part and,got no,feed back or suggestions about the parts so I then,ask morw questions about the parts amd I was met with more aggressive tone ..so I still didnt understand what was being said to me ..ao a third time I asked about the part in a different way and gotvthe same results. Which we dont have u can go to the dealer qe cant help u attitude ..at this point I will not be going to this store anymore because customer aervice was on -5 ..and I went in prepared to spend a couple of hundred dollars on,some shocks.but the lady was very unwelcoming and,rude like I owed her something care free mannerPlease remove this person so no,other customer this morning will be shame in buying from,them..thank u

This is my advance auto. They always have my parts or get them for me. Good customer service the Manager is so cool she's always helping me get a good deal.

Worst customer service ever. These idiots(security guard and light-skin lady)started judging me by following me as soon as I worked into the store because I had a heat sole strapped to my foot. I asked to purchase a light bulb for my car and the light skin lady started giving me attitude and refused to sell me the light bulb. I hope she's not a manager because I'm sure she's lose a lot of customers.

Apparently they don’t know the process required to recycle an automotive battery…….Fully expected to walk in and drop it off at the counter. Waited almost 20 min for them to just shrug and say sorry.

I'm writing because I am HIGHLY frustrated with the incident that just happened.I went to buy oil and I saw a sign that read, join perks program receive $5 off your purchase of 20. That was a wonderful deal so I went to sign up. NOT ONE PERSON IN THE STORE KNEW HOW TO SIGN ME UP FOR IT...... TO INCLUDE THE MANAGER CRYSTAL!!!! How unprofessional can this be??? A manager not knowing how to sign a customerup for a rewards program seems preposterous to me!Store location:5143 MD-210, Oxon Hill, MD 20745

Really bad costumer service , i will never ever buy parts from this location, called in to check on parts left me on hold for 13 minutes than phone call cut off, call back and was trying to explain what had happen and he told me , he did not care and hang up again , call back and spoke with super visor or manger on duty and he was kind of laughing about it. Very unprofessional, thats why i always go shopping in Virginia.

It was a good experience. I was actually buying a quart of motor, but I did need air needles for my ball pump. One associate didn't know if they sold it,but another young lady(associate) went straight to the product??

Great establishment. This area might make you want to turn around, but this is a diamond in the rough. Service is excellent and the staff is helpful.
