This 7-Eleven isn't open 24 hrs. I went there at 6pm. The store was filthy. Trash on the floor. The coffee was old and burnt. Flies were all around the food. No thanks. Left without getting anything. Won't be back.

Very bad customer service here lady in there needs to be fire so rude ignores customers for being on the phone. Plus they are so dirty no gloves picks up food with bare hands

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. This location is very rude . The cashier always has an attitude and is rude . I went to buy something to drink at this location 8pm 4/14/24. The guy at the register wouldn't even acknowledge me and when I tried to ask if everything was alright he says " I'm not here to conversation I'm here to sell". Wouldn't even look me in my eyes and talk like a regular human. If I spend my hard earned money here at least be friendly and greeting. The woman (other cashier ) just looked like nothing was happening. This location is disgusting. They try to serve old food after its been there all day too just like th other spot on st Barnabas. Making people sick theyneed new owners or employees. This has gone on too long . They don't like us anyways (⚫ )

This place is annoying . The employees close the store when they feel like it. It’s 2:45 they are telling me the store is closed. I drove 14 minutes to come here.

Decent selection of sodas. Has hot food ready to go. The people sitting in front asking for change is a problem. Still recommending this place for small necessities and late night munchies.

I was in the 7-Eleven last night and I’ve never had such a nasty interaction with a person in my life. I walked up to the counter with my items the lady didn’t say hello she rang the items and then pointed to the card machine. I asked her what my total was, she proceeded to get an attitude and point at the card machine again. I asked her if she was ok because she was being rude. She told me that only God can Judge her so she doesn’t care what I think. I looked at the machine and realize she charge me for two slices of pizza when I only had one. I informed her of this she took it off but proceeded to speak in her native African tongue to the other associate. Once again I informed her she was being rude. I requested my receipt she slammed it on the counter and walked away. After inspecting my receipt I realize that she charged me $3.48 for a candy bar but The candy bars had a special two for $3.70. I told that I either wanted to pay the difference for two candy bars or return the candy bar. I had my receipt and I had not left the store. She told me that she could not do a return and I had to come back in the morning and speak to the manager. I refused to leave and come back tomorrow because at that point the burden would be on me. She informed me that my people still anyway so just take the candy bar and go. I am African-American she’s from Africa by the way so I really didn’t understand where all of this racism was coming from when we are of the same race. She demanded I leave or she would call the cops. At that point I wanted a refund for my entire purchase and not just the candy bar.I told her she was more than welcome to call the police. Eventually another associate came and intervened the cashier who I regularly deal with was lovely, he’s always very nice and we have small talk in between me going to my night job and my day job. He demanded her to give me the refund and she did. She said a few more nasty things in her native tongue. I understand that the area is not the nicest but you’re still in customer service and you also still represent a company and if this is the representation that 7-Eleven wants I’ll drive a little further for respect.

This store is false advertising they have Mountain Dew for for 2.79 and got to the counter and. Tried charging me 3.19 for it this is false advertising and corporation need to shut them down because this franchise store is the worst

Horrible service. Coffee cold, or taste burnt where it has just been sitting in the pot and attendants do not care, at all. I like 7 eleven as a brand (pricey but will do late night or early morning) but this one gives 7 eleven a very bad name.
