“I'm so happy with my experience with Thomas and Amanda. They restored my wedding ring and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs. Thank you!”
“I absolutely love this place! Friendly ladies, comfortable feeling in this store! I stop in here very often! Cute and unique jewelry and clothing, love the fact they carry "big girl sizes". Fun atmosphere!”

Most of the pants miraculously fit me, and I'm 5'1 so petite people, try this store! I love the brands of purses that they carry. They had great greeting cards, jewelry, books and flip flops. It's a great place to look for gifts for both yourself and other people.”
“Love this shop! If visiting St. Michaels you have to go in. Since my father was a jockey in MD for 37 years i found some cool race track glasses. Then i went back and grabbed a beautiful china cabinet, brought it home, stained it and yahoo. Looks stunning.”
“Went in to buy some Earrings for my wife for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and was greeted by the sales staff immediately. Jenny took care of me right away and was amazing. She also showed me a watch that I had been in the market for and accepted an offer making my day a great one. We had great conversations while tying up the loose ends. Got to meet the rest of the sales staff as well as the social media manager, all were amazing. They even brought a receipt that I forgot to my house, talk about customer service. Thank you Jenny and the rest of the crew for making our 35th Anniversary a special one!”
“My experience was overall great. I will caution, I am a young alternative looking person and when I first entered the shop I don't think I was greeted and I certainly felt a little ignored, if not even watched from a distance. It was a busy day with lots of people, but I didn't feel like I was getting the same level of service as the older or more conventionally appearing customers. Once I flagged down an employee though, everything was smooth sailing. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helped me look at a few different rings. She went out of her way to try to find out the story behind the ring I chose which was very appreciated. I also felt like the prices were fair for all the rings I saw. They really gained back the 5 stars in my purchasing experience. The ring I bought was significantly smaller than my finger so it needed to be resized. I was planning to take it home that day and take it to my local jeweler but they insisted upon doing the resizing at no additional cost. I told them I lived far away and they insisted and waived my shipping costs. When I left the store they gave me a fake silicone ring so I "didn't leave empty handed" and a bag of candy which I thought was very cute. It took about 3 weeks to be resized and arrive and the shipping experience was great on their end. They called me and arranged a good time for delivery and the package came very soon. It was sent FedEx with signature delivery. (FedEx did ignore that requirement and deliver to my building's secure package lockers but that's not Guilford &Co's fault.) I was most impressed with the packaging. My ring came in a pretty big but also discreet box. Inside the box was some supportive packing material and another bubble mailer, the bubble mailer also had a shipping label on it. My ring was well secured in the bubble mailer. I was so impressed that they had the foresight to pack it so well. Even if the box was fully damaged my package would still have been able to be tracked in the bubble mailer. With one of a kind antique jewelry that kind of care really shows that they go the extra mile. The resizing job also looks great. You cannot even tell.”
“We found an absolutely perfect dress and were tempted by a Chanel bag that was definitely beautiful, in perfect condition, and well priced. Too bad I didn't have $2,000 to splurge on it. Highly recommended”

“What I love the most about this amazing little shop is the way the owner combines such a wide array of appealing merchandise. From original art work and jewelry by local artists , to children’s toys and novelty items. There is truly a treasure for every one.”
