“I'd like to give a "SHOUT OUT," to MS. OLIVIA of M&T Bank located in Cambridge Maryland, as she went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my needs pertaining to my transaction. Ms. Olivia was very nice, professional and caring, unaware she'd made the chaotic experience I encountered at Avenues much easier. If where I was is what you call an Avenue, I definitely went down the WRONG street!!! I live in Baltimore and on April 4th, on foot walking about 2 miles with bags and luggage I'd left a place called, "Avenues," a Rehab facility , a place I would not place my worst enemy!!! If the walk were 100 miles I would've walked it just to get away from, "Avenues, the insane asylum. I'd say that with the exception of Avenues," (staff) the people in Cambridge Maryland are very, nice and friendly. Thank you again MS. OLIVIA for making things much easier.”

“I went to cash a 7 dollar check here, and it was an M and T check, however I don't have an account and apparently there is usually a 10 dollar fee even if the check is an M and T check, the lady was nice enough to cash it for me without even mentioning a fee. I guess she felt bad because the check was only 7 dollars lol However, I greatly appreciated it.”
