I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. The machines always work just fine for me and there's tons of equipment. I'm also super happy there's a sauna!! I'm very happy here.

Front desk staff is rude & does not greet you, that is unless you’re white of course. Wi-Fi sucks. Could be cleaner.

UPDATE: I guess a review is a “blast on social media” as the management would like to put it when it’s a review and feedback.I also didn’t know a “delay in response,” also what management wrote, is emailing the next day. When in reality it was 4 days later.Besides whoever is emailing me the only person that was even remotely helpful was Riley so thank you.-Thank you and good luck to you on your future endeavors.I wanted to like this gym a lot because I lived so close, but I really am disappointed with it. One it’s very tiny for it to be the only gym in the area feels very claustrophobic and tight, and you can’t go into the studio part of the room because it’s only for classes. The wifi doesn’t work so I couldn’t really get my music going, if I needed an app for a workout it wouldn’t load, nor could I send any messages. I will mention I am a military member and when I tried to cancel my membership because I’m leaving the area it took days for them to get back to me that they needed orders for me to cancel my membership so I don’t have to pay them for the buyout fee. Not to mention they couldn’t find me in the system when I called. Even after they seen the orders it’s still an 30 day cancellation process so I’m still paying for another month of my membership that I won’t be going to also I would’ve gotten it to them sooner if they emailed back earlier. I would say if you are a military member that goes on tdys,deploys or pcs often I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Absolute trash establishment. If I could give negative stars, I would. Facilities are dilapidated, machines don't work half the time, management is clueless and tries to rip everyone off. After I canceled in 2020- they continued to bill me and said they didn;t have record of cancellation. Garbage people.UPDATE: Since posting this review, management emailed me with veiled threats saying "You wouldn't appreciate us telling how this situation actually occured"- HERE is my response:The situation occurred because I did not know I was a member of the gym, have been attending another gym for several years, and don't answer robo-calls. When I realized my account was past due- I thought it couldn't be possible because I had canceled in 2020, and I came to the gym to try and handle it. There was no manager present and the associate was helpful, but couldn't do much. He said a manager would call me. No manager ever called me and I got an email from you saying my account had been referred to collections- which I immediately called and paid in full so YOUR mistake didn't mess up my credit.I did come in in 2020 and requested that my account be canceled. I have no idea why the person there didn't follow through with the request, but they didn't and I was charged for 3 years without my knowledge. I'm a business owner in the community who knows how to run a business better than you run yours, and I hear CONSTANT complaints about results and the condition still, years after I left because it was in constant disrepair and had mold, no A/C etc...over and over again. Feel free to respond to my review with "how the situation occurred" and I'll make sure to respond to that as well with MORE details. I had to pay $500 because someone at your gym screwed up and didn't cancel my membership when I came in person 3 years ago. If you don't like the negative reviews (Of which you have many) do a better job.So take your own advice and take ownership of your mistakes instead of charging me $500 for them.

I would give you a higher rating, but your classes start so late. Don’t understand why you don’t offer earlier classes that can be attended before work. Previous owners had 6am spin classes as well as body pump classes.

Decent gym, I have been a member about 1 year and a half. I usually lift from 9-11pm. Currently I am not happy with the new cleaning service. The mens locker room is closed for cleaning with the door locked at 10 pm. I am currently waiting for the locker room to open so I canget my belongings and leave. I have been waiting for 30 minutes now. This has happened to me two out of my last three visits. Its definetly bothersome to have to wait to leave the gym.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The owner is very nice as well! A nice welcoming atmosphere for anyone who would like to work out judgement free!!

Really fun gym with lots of friendly staff and affordable membership. They didn’t fight me when I had to move and cancel membership which is much appreciated in a gym these days!

They said $11.99 a month for my grandson and I. Now I found out they have been charging $18.99. I tried calling and manager!!

Great facility. Been here almost everyday the last few months. Friendly owner, with a great staff. Solid equipment, fair membership prices.doesnt seem to get too crowded. Glad we have a spot like this in Calvert

This gym has everything you need for your fitness. Free weights, cable machines, and cardio deck. I really like the hourly cycling classes

I'm not sure where my monthly fee goes. When machines break they are down for months. The trash can in the men's locker room is overflowing every time I go there and a florescent light has been blinking for the last 3 months. Not all bad though, there are usually plenty of cardio machines and circuit training machines available.
