The attention to detail and understanding of what it takes to design and build a swimming pool and all the structures that surround it was impressive. Great Experience hands down. Rodney and Kyle came out and had my pool fixed in less than an hour!!! Them guys did an outstanding job explained why what happened to the pool so it wont happen again!!! They definately deserve a raise and probably a few days off!!!

My Pool was put in 3 years ago and my steps are cracked and I have Rust coming through everywhere. We called Darrin multiple times and he told my husband they were coming out and NOONE has showed up!!!

Kevin and his team are 5 star. We had a fence put in and love it. They had it done in less than a day, the team was professional and punctual. My parents also used Kevin and his team for their pool for many years. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with Matt who spent quite a bit of time with us answering pool issue questions we had and thinking out of the box about fixes. We look forward to plotting a strategy to get us fixed and running with the help of Stevenson. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

If you have any alternative option at all, please take it. Stevenson pools is a nightmare to deal with, including their hot tub install. We had a pool and hot tub put in, and it was 18 months of hell. They were late with everything, sloppy workmanship, endless games of telephone trying to get hold of the right people and now we have issues with equipment they installed but I’m not even calling them. This company is so lazy and disorganized. Their customer service is the worst, bait and switch is normal and you can’t believe a thing they say because they constantly lie. They take months to do quite simple stuff, make a huge mess on your property which they will not clean up, and all you can do is keep emailing and calling while they bounce you around from person to person. If you choose this company, good luck to you!

Stevenson Pools did an outstanding job installing my pool earlier this year. The salesman Doug was great and helped us design our pool and was extremely knowledgeable educating us on the pool purchase experience. All facets of the pool process was completed in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. Once the process began our pool was open for swimming within 3 months. Yes 3 months. The different pieces of the puzzle were coordinated by Darren, scheduled and completed on time. The Stevenson staff and contractors were professional and went above and beyond their scope in some instances. Special shout out to Jake and Jerome who really made this process go seamlessly and their attention to detail and response was amazing. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Pools. The wife and I have had nothing but the best experience with Stevenson pools. Everything they said would happen happened on time. The staff of Stevenson from the salesman, engineer, ground men, office personnel have been nothing but the best and friendly and have answered all questions we had throughout the whole project!!! They can’t control the county and permits but when they said we will get it done they delivered in all ways shape and form! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a pool!! Just remember Rome was not built in a day!

Stevenson Pools did an amazing job installing my pool. The salesman did a great job with helping us design our pool and got us the best price within our budget. The company kept us notified throughout the entire process. Our pool was open for swimming within 6 months. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Pools.
