Welp, looks like I found my forever shop for this area. Just had an alignment and some tire pressure sensors thrown in and programmed today. The shop was fast, efficient, friendly, very well priced, and took care of my vehicle. Couldn’t be happier and will absolutely be a customer again. Thank you so much guys for being a good team in a sea of bad ones. That does not go unnoticed. Blessings to you all

I had a slow leak in one of my tires, and my daughter had a tire that had gone flat. I, of course, went to Granados in Owings. This is my third time here, and it's the only place I go now. They are friendly, professional, and very competent. So this time my experience was at least as good as previously - my tire could be repaired and was so; my daughter's tire needed replacing. They handled both right away; and the bill was exactly what they quoted - no surprises. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We took a tire in to Granados in Owings that we bought from the store in Prince Fredrick that they couldn’t fix. Mark and Rob were outstanding! Not only did they fix it but they did it right on the spot. Thank you Mark and Rob. You have won our business!

dishonest billing and customer service. Daughter took car for synthetic oil change and had a coupon for 59.95... bill was 70.00 oil change + 19.99 oil and filter service + 1.50 shop fees... (less 10.00 discount) for a total of 93.73. .... Don't use this company unless you want cheated.

They're amazing. I called first thing this morning to have my car towed there, they were able to find someone who had the same tire near by and get it put on by noon. Will be using them from now on.

Dishonest billing. Daughter took car in for oil change and had a coupon for 59.99 synthetic oil change... Final bill was $95+.00... No other service was done.... Women beware! Don't take your vehicle for service at the ******* ** location.
