When we lived in Owings, MD Family Auto maintained all of our vehicles for many years. They earned our business and trust for all auto maintenance from oil changes, tires and tune ups through major repairs. We were always treated respectfully and never disappointed with pricing or quality of work. This is a first class shop! We have since moved to Florida and have yet to find an auto care business that measures up to Family Auto. We miss the confidence and satisfaction that we enjoyed when we were clients of Dwayne and his staff.

I never realized how good Family Auto Care is until I moved out of state. They give you everything you are looking for in a service center - fair price, integrity, decades of knowledge, and great customer service. Hopefully I can find someone 80% as good near my new home.

Highly recommend. I brought my Mercedes to Family Auto Care and they were friendlier than the dealer, more affordable than the dealer, and faster than the dealer. I'm never going back to the dealer.

Probably the best shop I have used for car repairs. Especially like how they share an in writing estimate with digital online line item approval, all from my phone. Got started on my car ahead of schedule and vacuumed out the interior too...

This place is a rip off. I took my BMW X5 M to them after having it diagnosed. I said that the check engine light is on and I had it diagnosed and the diagnosis was high pressure fuel pump. They said ok we will diagnose again and call me with repair cost estimate. They texted me soon as I left saying check some box and answer some questions so they can start the process. I did and 20 minutes later they called and said i owe them $169 for diagnosis but take to dealer to have repaired. I asked them why they couldn’t fix it and they said they only do brakes and suspension issues on bmw. I said why didn’t you tell me from beginning he said we do some bmw models fuel pump but not mine. But they knew the model and the issue from the beginning. I had front suspension work done alone with a coolant leak. They were recommended to me because of their expertise in Mercedes Benz. They were awesome!!
