Jeff the owner saved me and my car!!! I can not praise them enough for all that they did for me. What a wonderful company to deal with! I would 100% recommend creations not only for their work but because they are awesome people!

Wow! Creations did an awesome job on my Daughter's Fiat 500 Abarth. Fixed all the damage done in the accident and took the time to make the rest of the car look amazing and clean. Great work, will use again and recommend 100%.Services: Painting

I went to Creations for a door hinge problem, having been sent to talk to an auto body shop by my usual mechanic. The problem wound up being much smaller than I or my mechanic had thought. The owner, Jeff, was very helpful and courteous -- outstanding customer relations from my point of view. They don't do "all over" paint jobs at Creations any longer, most of their work being accident repair. But, he referred me to somebody who likely could do a whole car paint job, and I'll be bringing another car back to Creations for some other issues. It's wonderful to find a knowledgeable, friendly local shop with such a good vibe!

Excellent customer service! Extremely friendly and courteous, they constantly updated me on the progress of the repairs on my truck, and even had it detailed for me prior to pickup. 10/10 would recommend, they are the best around!

Awesome body shop! Tim and his team treated me and my car well from start to finish. The entire process was smooth as the team was professional and communicated well. I came in with hail damage and peeling stripping around my windows from wear and tear. I left with no hail damage, brand new stripping, and a clean car! I genuinely appreciate a local body shop that accepts car insurance and self-pay (for cosmetic work), as the other body shops in the the area did not have self-pay. Great shop. I ripped the shielding from under my car on a curb. I walked in without an appointment and they helped me remove the parts that were dragging so I could continue to drive until they got the parts ordered. Didn't charge me anything to remove the damaged parts and did a great job of following up with me to get the work scheduled. Helpful team, good work and a fair price!

I had to wait 2 weeks before even getting in for the estimate. A few days after drop off for the estimate and was told it would likely be ready the middle of the following week. Heard nothing from them so I called on Wednesday and they said they were waiting on parts. Parts come in but the grill was broke so they reordered it. Tell me to come get my car..I drive away and the turn signal was still broke. Do they not check that stuff? Go back up there... Told to wait inside. Stood there for an hour -- no chairs??? Get in my car and I smell old cigarette smell... The car is only a month old!!!!!!
