Called the 24/7 service and was told they would come out next morning from 8-10 am. Never called to tell us they would be late or anything. Had to call them to hear excuses! Have to call someone else now.

Sam originally came out for emergency pump out of my septic. He "fixed" the problem instead of charging me for a pump out I didn’t need.i would recommend this company 100%.Thank you so much Sam.

In September of 2017, Cotton's installed a Best Available Technology (BAT) septic system at my home. A return visit to fill in settled earth around the septic tank was included in the payment from the State of Maryland. It was recommended that this service be performed 3 to 6 months following installation. During the summer of 2018, I called Cotton's and asked for this return visit. I am still waiting. I have called Mr. Longfellow repeatedly since then and he NEVER answers the phone and his voice mailbox is ALWAYS full. I thought that he was selectively not answering my calls, so one time I called from my phone unsuccessfully, then immediately called from my wife's phone. Surprisingly enough, he answered. He gave some excuses and promised to get to it soon. I'm still waiting.
