Everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We will be returning for future repairs. We already book another one of our vehicles for repairs. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I quoted somewhere else , and got a quote double of what Avery’s was charging. You get a bang for your buck without sacrificing quality.”
“I feel like I have finally found THE mechanic that I have so desperately needed. MH Car Care does the most complete and professional estimate before the work you approve needing done. I have received outstanding customer service and get the most thorough diagnostics, with details and pictures. And they got it done quickly, with quality parts. No corners were cut. And the information they email you of the diagnostics and needed repairs is fantastic. They are extremely transparent with what needs to be done in the emails they send me. I get before and after pictures of all work. MH Car Care does this as part of their service. I have had to beg other mechics do do the same. Finally, a mechanic I feel confident and comfortable going to.
They even snapped together hard to reach parts for me so I did have to be laying in my gravel driveway. And took the time to fix my air intake system by simply putting it together correctly, sealed properly and added all the missing clips the last four mechanic shops missed. Even after I specifically told them to check that exact situation. ?. And their shop is extremely well set-up and runs efficiently.”

“Went to DADS Garage for new tires and an oil change. There was a slight hiccup with the order of the tires, but they were very apologetic, and rectified it on the next visit. Communication at mechanic shops can sometimes be lacking, but these guys were great. I fully recommend them!”
“Honest, friendly, and efficient. My dealership said I needed some work done to my 5 year-old SUV and gave me a $2,000 estimate. They earned our business and trust for all auto maintenance from oil changes, tires and tune ups through major repairs. We were always treated respectfully and never disappointed with pricing or quality of work. This is a first class shop! We have since moved to Florida and have yet to find an auto care business that measures up to Family Auto. We miss the confidence and satisfaction that we enjoyed when we were clients of Dwayne and his staff.”
“If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can’t do the work myself (usually cuz I don’t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.”
