This branch needs to close. They have one teller & along lines. Feeling sorry for the one teller being worked so hard, I asked if there were other staff to assist. I asked banker Derek & was told that the other one banker in the back was busy counting. I asked if this was something that could be done at another time…. Poor time management

Waiting 45 minutes after making an appointment weeks ago was a joke to me! Upon arrival, there was nowhere to sign in. So, I decided to stand in line to speak with a teller. He left from behind the glass and spoke with someone seated at a desk. Staff walked back and forth a few times but 45 minutes later still no one said a word.

A solid bank experience. I had to go back because they are short staffed but I think we can all expect this happening at banking and lending institutions. They were more than satisfactory. 3 stars for a bank! Congratulations Wells Fargo, you are going places.

Told me to call for an appointment, which I have no problem to do so! However, all I needed was $5 in quarters for my work laundry(after being told no by 5 other business due to the shortage) and couldn’t wait in the drive through due to the time shortage for my next job. I called 4 times all the while the people inside kept letting it ring. Eventually had to leave without getting my change. While other people were able to walk right in after pulling up after me. This sucks because no matter what I need, this location is never available to do so. Better to drive out 25 minutes to Westminster or somewhere else from now on despite being in this town more.

What the ........ Normally go the the branch in Randallstown which is "temporarily closed". Needed to do a fast transaction so checked on-line and this branch in Garrison was listed as the closest open location. Went to the drive-through (arrived at around 11.00 AM) and there was a line in each bay wrapped around the building. Then drove to the one in Reisterstown and the line was even worse. I am done dealing with this bank. Also tried to call both locations from my cell phone and after hanging on for at least 10 minutes NO ONE answered. Will close my accounts and go elsewhere.

This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience as a customer here and this is why I will reach out to corporate office. This branch is always rushing whenever they are with a customer but take their sweet time calling you in spite of it not being busy and having multiple staff who just chats.

The teller's at the drive through get a real bad manner, her mane is Shada, she ask me what do u need, I said a deposit, she said why u tell at me, if I didn't say something how she knows what I need, I don't think she can has this job.

Wonderful. I was so stressed about having to make an emergency payment I stupidly forgot to make. They gave me great advice, went above and beyond and were not at all judgemental. Shada and the branch manager (?) were great. Thank you!!!!
