Great selection and prices, fast shipping, they always communicate if they are out of something or it's backordered--what more could you want?!! They post informative videos about supplements on Youtube too. I've been buying my family's supplements from this shop for years.

I ordered an item that was supposedly in stock at the time. Apparently not really. They emailed a couple of days after I placed the order to inform me of the backorder which I apparently missed as I was out of town. 10 days after placing the order I emailed them wondering where it was and noticed the item was still listed as available and in stock. They responded promptly and offered to cancel the order. According to the company there are only 2 employees and they cannot possibly keep up with everything. Without being asked they went ahead and canceled the order. Obviously I will not be doing business with them again which is obviously what they wanted. I just read the other one star review. Exactly! A product that I was having difficulty finding anywhere let alone at a good price, free shipping etc.... Sound too good to be true? Apparently!

placed an order with this company on may 27. one item arrived in a few days, after two weeks called and was told by michael that the other item would ship the following monday. never arrived. had to call again and michael couldnt understand what i was upset about. pitiful.
