Do not go to this store. I selected it to pick up a phone and they were incredibly slow and incredibly rude. Other stores are not bad but these people were over the top.

New low for Verizon: offensively rude saleswomen , who butchered my phone with their disgusting fingernails. It took 2 hours of my personal time with Verizon tech support to bring it back to life. Never again !

I picked up my new phone today at the Foundry Row Verizon Store. I had the most pleasant experience. I was first helped by Jasmine, who was informative with excellent customer service skills. Robin, one of the Managers, joined in with the transaction. I enjoyed our interaction. What a wonderful kind manager. And I can't forget to acknowledge Joel who added some humor and smiles. I would not hesitate to buy another phone from this location. I wasn't just another sale, I was listened to and heard.

I was already annoyed because of my Verizon account being messed up but me and the wife was greeted by Joey and I can can say that he really help us out he was very patient with me even tho he seen we was a little annoyed and he even stayed over 20mins after closing but I really appreciate the help he done for us and hopefully his boss sees this so he can get a raise?

Came in today with my 2 y/o son seeking help with my phone that suddenly stopped having cellular data. I was greeted and once someone was ready, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Toni. Beyond the timely and professional service, Toni and I engaged in a wonderful conversation as she got my phone working, even signaling for some of her coworkers to come see how cute my son is (bonus points for them saying he looks like me lol).
On a day like today where everything I had planned to do fell apart at every turn, the quality service and genuine kindness Toni and several of her colleagues (whose names escape me unfortunately) showed my son and me was truly the bright spot of my day.
Because compliments come at a much slower rate than complaints in life, it felt important that I publicly give kudos to Toni and the staff at this location--thank you!

I recently visited the Owings Mills, MD location at Foundry Row. I was greeted by Jasmine, who was most gracious, I must admit I was already bothered at the amount of money I was about to spend for the upgrade for my new Iphone15 Pro. I must admit I was a difficult customer on purpose, however, she had the right temperament at the end of her work day to handle everything I threw at her. I was not happy about the various fees and accessories however Jasmine had the right answer and the right temperament to keep us both laughing and getting the transaction complete. As a result my friend who accompanied me decided to also purchase a phone with Jasmine. She is gem and I wish her the best in all of her endeavors with Verizon and her future career aspirations

I upgraded my phone over phone with Verizon and scheduled a curb side pick up at the Owings Mills store. I get there and present my driver's license which has my married name in it. My account has my maiden name on it because I've been with Verizon for over 30 years. Me upgrading a phone with my former married last name has never been an issue. I just uograded my sin's phone the same way at the Catinsville store. They certainly don't worry about the last name when I'm paying the $500 bill. Overweight white man came to the car refused to help and went back in the store saying he would get someone else to help. He did not. I was forced to now make this pick up in store. Went inside and asked the unhelpful Verizon associate the name and whereabouts of the manager. He told me the manager was busy and when pressed further reluctantly pointed in his direction. A transaction that should have taken 5 minutes in my car turned unto a half hour ordeal in the store. My suggestion, go somewhere else with better customer service.

Consistency is key. You get Verizon for their coverage not their customer service experience and this location continues that trend. Barely greeted.I'm not test keyboards,so how can I get a feel for a phone if most of them can't be lifted off the table.
