I was given a BLESSED ornament for Mother's as a gift. I set it up for display for everyone to enjoy and the "ed" broke off. I took it back to the store and the front end manager said it could not be returned because it was broken and I did not have the receipt. How does that sound. What kind of policy is that???The reason for the exchange was because it was broken. No I did not have a receipt because it was a GIFT. She told me I could glue it back together. NO WAY to handle the situation. What is T.J.Maxx and the front end manager trying to prove? My present and future business is over.

I witnessed, 2 ladies stealing. a pregnant women with a black jacket full of staff from this store. The pregnant women stayed in the baby section while the other would bring her stuff to put in on her jacket. This happend 30-35 mi ago from this post !!! I am just scared to say something in the store!

I came in to look for a new suitcase for an upcoming trip. When I had narrowed it down to 2 or 3, I asked an employee named Ashleigh what she thought. She helped me ALOT- she tested out the wheels and checked out how durable they felt comparatively and looked inside of them and actually talked with me about different scenarios looked at the prices of each and went into reasons why she liked the one she did vs another. The store in general was clean and stocked and there was alot of staff around putting merchandise away etc. and everyone said hi when I walked by and seemed like they were happy to be there. There wasn't a line at all and the checkout staff member was really nice. I usually come here for snacks, hair stuff, skincare stuff, clothes and now luggage! I found I was looking for and more and feel like I saved a lot of money! They have these buttons around the store now that you can press for assistance as well which i thought was really thoughtful

The store appeared to be one forth stocked. I went in because I had a gift card and needed a dress for a informal wedding. The store only had one rack of dresses. Was very disappointed.

TJ Maxx is wonderful place to find everything from candles and housewares to clothes and hair care. It's rare that I go into this store and don't come out with something. So be prepared to open your wallet as you find all of the awesome things that you didn't know that you needed. ???
