I truly enjoyed working with Richard Ray and his team. Everything was positive and 1 million percent of the process was fun and smooth. They truly made a positive impact during our home purchase journey. The have awesome customer service and are very knowledgeable. They showed they really cared about my family and I. Hello, I worked with Richard Ray on my refinance. He was great to work with. He ran several scenarios regarding options for my loan.He was very detailed oriented and organized. After I submitted the loan application and all documentation his team partners sent daily emails on the progress of the loan and projected a date for settlement.I actually closed four days before my scheduled settlement date and received back $1500.I would recommend Richard Ray as a loan officer for anyone considering purchasing or refinancing their home.ThanksK. Anyone who has knows that the house buying process can be long, stressful and otherwise emotionally demanding. When you have someone like Mr Ray and his team to work with much of the usual difficulties are lessened. They really went above and beyond to make my home buying process almost exciting. They are very responsive, detailed, professional, personable and an overall joy to work with. They even follow up after closing. I would Highly recommend this team of finance professionals to anyone who is perusing home ownership.

I cannot recommend Richard and his team enough. I contacted Richard when I found out that I would be relocating for work to a different state. I thought it was the perfect time to buy my first home. I was worried however at what I could afford to purchase. Richard and his team eased my worries and made the process so easy. They were in contact frequently to give me updates, responded to my nervous texts, calls and emails immediately no matter the day of the week. I do not think that I would have been successful in my house buying search without Richard and his team. Thank you for everything!

Let me start off first by saying I thank God for blessing me to be introduced to Mr. Richard, Mrs. Karina, and Mrs. Juliee. They are something special from start to finish. Their customer service was top notch at all times even when I would lose my cool. Teamwork makes the dream work and they truly Exemplify this all while walking in excellence. I had conversations at 8 and 9 pm with Mr. Ray and conversations with Mrs. Karina at 7& 8 am whatever time I was available they made themselves available all while being understanding to the fact that I was a first time home buyer who’s a single mother of two. Y’all this is my dream team I’m so grateful for my Realtor Sonya Lloyd introducing me to them. I wanna thank Richard Ray, Alyeda and the entire staff from DMV home loan! When Richard explained everything to me what I needed to do and the timeframe from when I would be expecting a check…it was like clockwork ?. Customer service was great, accessibility, appointments and call backs where always on done on time.From start to finish with the HELOC took roughly around 45 days and more than what I was expecting.
