It took hour and half to complete a hair cut. Honestly the worst haircut I have ever received. The top is not cut to length. The hairstylist did not listen to my instructions. I have a patch of hair that just sticks out. The funny thing is I have been there in the past and asked for the same thing. I got $30 dollars for something I need to get fixed elsewhere. I rather have my hair be long and not cut than what I received.

They do not go in order of appointments. I signed in at the deskI clearly was the only person there. Then two others came in 5 minutes later. I watched them sign in and called. Not okkk!!!! Then you ask about the bathroom got sign no public rest room unless your Jewish! The lady let him right to the back to use the rest room!!!!

I am 55 years old. And this was the worst haircut of my life. The person who cut my hair had less experience than a six-year-old cutting hair. This person not only was inexperience, was also rude and obnoxious. Manager try to help and rectify the situation. Only made matters worse. Avoid this location at all cost.

This is the go to place to go for a great haircut and Professional beard, trim and shape up. Carla and the girls there are simply amazing, Carla Is my go to person at the Owings Mills location. Her passion shows in everything from welcoming clients in the store from the moment they enter to putting products on my hair face and beard, here they don't push Products on you. They don't care about the sales they care about you, the health of your scalp, hair and skin. I of course do buy the products because they are amazing and i know that they will work for me. The girls take classes on product Knowledge so they know what is good for you and what is not. This alone is truly amazing. The MVP is spot on everytime and is a must have after your haircut. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after the MVP. When they upgraded their Massagers it just made the MVP even better!!! ? ? when you walk in to this store you feel like family they really do care about their clients and they love their jobs.

The Sports Clips Garrison Forest is wonderful. Carla and I worked out my favorite cut and I've memorized the settings by number. She knows me too! They're all great. There can be a wait but its because of its stylists: Carla, Dawn and Melody! Online check in helps with that. Highly Recommend!

I like the Sports Clips concept and every visit is always an excellent experience. Carla is my preferred stylist and in my humble opinion the best along with being a real quality Individual. Always a pleasure getting my hair cut!

Worst haircut I've ever gotten. Spend more time focusing on cutting hair instead of talking about what kind of lunch you're going to order.
