Customer service terrible. Terrible experience. I am VIB customer-my daughter tried to exchange body spray (still in package) for diff scent after Christmas. They refused to do an even exchange. I came with her to make it easier. They refused to exchange.

Definitely the worst Sephora. You may or may not get assistance. I have been here twice in the past two months for fragrance. No one greets you and they definitely don't help. I stood around for 30 minutes today even after alerting the manager that I needed help with something. Eventually I gave up. To ulta I go.

I was not told the last four of the card number that was used or which card the purchase was done on so I just used a card that was in my Apple wallet after getting the receipt. I realized that wasn't the actual card that I had used for the purchase. I told the cashier that I wanted to know if we could reverse the return so that I could avoid it so that I could use the correct card that the purchase was made one. She told me she had to get the manager. The manager came and told me that she could not post avoid because someone else had been helped after me. I explained to her that because it was returned to the wrong card. I was not gonna be able to receive the refund because it's a one time used card and I would basically be out of the money. She let me know there's nothing that she can do and maybe I should just try calling the card company. I let her know that that was not going to be my solution because I know how the card works and I really needed the transaction to be voided. Again, she just said there's nothing she could do and left me with no solution. I would hate to think that there is only one solution to a problem. Especially when it comes to a customer losing money for a product, they've returned just because your system doesn't allow a void. There should be other procedures in place to accommodate issues such as these. I'm really disappointed that I'm now out of the money for the return because there was no solution from the store and how it was handled with no interest to the customer. It's shuttering to think a company can't think of other solutions to meet customers needs!! Beware of returning and make sure they tell you which card was used before making the return!!

This is the best Sephora location in the DMV area. The service is great. I always have a warm greeting when I come in and someone is always willing to help me. Whether it's a fragrance suggestion or insights about cosmetics, I always enter with a smile and leave with a smile. I also love the new look. Already spacious, the new setup makes it appear brighter and larger. If you are looking for a Sephora that isn't crowded and with great service, go to this location.

The cashier asked the manager to go get changed and she took a VERY VERY LONG TIME. then had the NERVE to say, "are you waiting for a dollar!!!!!" She will be reported.

I was at this location in Owings Mills for my part-time job door dashing. I received the most awesome experience and customer service from an employee. I unfortunately forgot her name but she was Blonde (possibly transgender) and so polite, professional and pleasant. Definitely will come back on my off days.

I had a fabulous shopping experience here yesterday! The store was clean and organized and fully stocked with everything I was looking for! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. Overall great experience!

I had a great time shopping at this Sephora branch. Tonya was really helpful. She helped me find the right shade of Huda foundation. She’s very knowledgeable and she really likes what she’s doing. She’s very patient as well. I am happy with my purchased!!!

Please avoid. There's no staff on the floor to help. They avoid customers and don't care to assist with any concerns or issues. If you want a fragrance, be prepared to wait 30+ minutes to get it. Next time, I'll drive to another Sephora. By the way, you're lucky if there's even one associate at the front checking you out. You kinda just have to stand there and wait for someone to make the time to help. Horrible.

Came here specifically to try their foundation match tool. Asked the cashier about it and she said sure. And then she just asked me what brand and shade I wanted to try, and put the testers on my face. Girl, I could've done that myself. Staff don't know what they're doing.
