For a store that supposed to have everything, I guess everybody can't carry everything things I was looking for didn't have went somewhere else, but they had a whole bunch of other stuff that was much nicer.

Good customer service. Long lines on Christmas eve right before closing but the lines moved quickly. They had several cashiers s to keep the lines moving fast. I appreciated that.

Everyone in this Sephora is great. I particularly like the advice and friendly attitude of Diem. She always offers to help and has helped me find the most amazing products. She is so knowledgeable and welcoming every time I see her. I always love visiting this Sephora. 😃

Sana is truly intellectual, helpful, and exceptionally kind. I initially thought she was a manager. She certainly deserves a raise and significant recognition. I will be returning to this store because of her excellent service.

At Sephora mill station, the purpose of BOPIS is totally defeated. Only a manager can retrieve BOPIS orders. I waited over 20 minutes for the manager after the associate called her. In the time I waited I easily could have shopped for my items and checked out myself. Sephora, people use BOPIS when there is an urgency.
If you insist on making customers wait for a manager to make her way out of the office (while there are several available associates on the floor) then you need to make BOPIS the manager’s top priority. Please train your managers asap! Why should a customer ever be waiting in an aisle for 20+ minutes for what is supposed to be a FASTER way of shopping?

A young lady named Sana helped me assist some skin care for me and I’m very new to skin care, she suggested good products for my skin, I’m glad I listened to her and bought those products. I will be coming back to this location!

I walked into this location just now, and barely received a greeting. I asked the lady on my right by the makeup application station if someone could assist me I need quite a few items. I am getting married this weekend, and needed to restock my makeup. She radioed someone, so I thought I would get some assistance. NOPE 👎🏾. I literally was standing in the aisle waiting. Then I walked around the store looking at items. No one asked if I needed help finding anything, do you need a shade match or nothing. The typical question you ask customers who come into a makeup store. No just waiting, and wandering. I was prepared to spend a lot of money to ensure my wedding appearance is perfect, but I will spend my coin elsewhere. The customer service at this location is terrible. I guess I’ll make my way around the corner to Ulta, see if they know how to better treat their customers.

Rude staff. I made a purchase and refused to provide my phone number as I am not an "insider" member nor do I want to be. cashier kept pushing but finally allowed me to complete my purchase. Didn't even get a "thank you". No wonder the ratings are low for this store. Won't be returning.

I tried to leave a survey, but the link wasn’t working—so I wanted to share here! I had a wonderful experience shopping for perfume with my sister, thanks to Michaela. She was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience feel like shopping with a friend. We laughed so much!
I was just visiting, so this isn’t my home Sephora, but whenever I’m in town, I’ll definitely be coming back. Michaela made our day!
