Service was top notch and the customer service was excellent the selections were great and reasonably priced! They're so many varieties of antique and vintage pieces to decide from a huge selection of merchandise indeed!! I honestly loved this gem!

I recently took my FIRST trip up to Ruth's closet and was dissapointed in my experience... I had brought an entire box full of unworn clothes with tags on them (from my grandma who couldn't make it to their store but wanted to support) and within the 5 mins of me dropping them off, one of the ladies took the box opened it and sat it outside of their front door as they closed and shut their blinds. I had to take the box back and place it into my trunk since I saw them do this Infront of me before I left. Prior to this, I had entered the store and wasn't greeted by a single person and there were about 3 ladies working and 2-3 ladies shopping. I won't be back.

This is a hidden gem that I've passed by for years. This store is small but mighty. The prices are a little on the high side, but considering it benefits The House of Ruth I'm not to mad. The bright side is you can sign up to be on their email list and get 20% off your first purchase. They also have sales from time to time. This week from Tuesday 7/25- Saturday 7/29 you will receive 50% off the entire store with the exception of gowns. If you're looking for jewelry they have tons of it. Also, make sure to look in the nooks and crannies because there may be a display of jewelry or belts not as obvious to the naked eye. Near the dressing rooms in the rear you will find a rack with Talbot, Cold Water Creek, and Chico apparel. I can't forget the amazing staff they have. They're super friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. Go check them out!

My granddaughter came from Florida to visit & loves to shop in resale stores. A cousin had high praise for Ruth's closet so, off we went. My girl found a denim prairie skirt from the 1970's by a designer I had never heard of but apparently you can't find for less than $80. We got the skirt for $20. She also found a big short sleeve shirt for me & I picked up a strand of glass beads I plan to break apart & remake into something else. We were very happy with our purchases. I look forward to checking back in there again. Staff very friendly & hospitable. Store was bright, neat & clean, easy to find sizes with price on items.

My first time to Ruth's closet. What a find! Everything was 50% off. The store is clean and neat and organized. The staff is friendly. Unlike the other neighborhood thrift stores, they have a dressing room. I got some costume jewelry a purse and two pairs of Talbots jeans. I will be back!

Great brands and selection. Proceeds help women who have experienced domestic violence. It's also a great place to donate to. The staff are super helpful.

I absolutely love Ruth’s Closet. The volunteers are amazing and the clothes selection is excellent ! Found my mother of the bride dress for $50! I’m a forever fan and it’s for a great cause!

All-around wonderful little shop. The employees there are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful not only to you but to each other. Feels like a family and makes the shopping experience that much more pleasant and relaxing. Fantastic prices and knowing it goes towards a good cause is the cherry on top. Will definitely be returning!

Terrific pre-owned clothes etc for work or play. Huge dressing rooms and full length mirror. This shop benefits women in need of shelter and care so you help others while you get great deals. Frequent sales. Super helpful people working there.

Must shop place in Owings mills area, and supporting a good cause, Ruth's house. If you live in the area, I would recommend that you visit this place regularly as all their clothes are donated so inventory changes. They get a lot of brand new clothes with tags. Also if you are shopping for an occasion the ladies there are great at helping you find what you are looking for. These ladies are amazing, super friendly , and always willing to help. They also post sale dates on their social media accounts. A lot of luxury items, silk scarfs, silk dresses, clothes, and gowns. You may not find exactly what you are looking for, but you will always leave with something.
