It is like fighting an uphill battle while having flaming spiked balls thrown at you from the top of the hill to try to get your medicine picked up from here. You are told multiple times that your medicine is ready, when you get back it is "going to be ready in 5 minutes" but its not. Its always a game to see if your medicine will actually be ready or not.

It was quite some time ago I'd went there after hours to get some OTC medicine for my grandson who wasn't feeling well and the guy came to the door and told me they were closed. I got in my car to drive off and another vehicle pulled in and I informed them they were closed and they informed me that they were only closed for an hour and would reopen shortly and if I wanted I could go around to the drive through and they'd get the OTC for me and I could pay for it through the drive through. Wow how inconsiderate of the store employee to not inform me of such when I know he knew all the long this could be done and neither did he inform me that the closure was only for an hour. Some people should not be in the retail business and he is one of them.

I really love the idea that the store is 24 hours ..I went here after midnight when I got off to buy some stuff for my ill mother but the shelves are bare and alwayssss bare every time I frequent this store. Everything I needed, I should have been able to get from here ... Why even be open, let alone 24 hours ?

Trying to fill a prescription for your child is almost impossible. This medication is hard to find and has been on back order for a while now. Had to call around and finally found that this location had it in stock. Called the following day to make sure they got the prescription from our doctors office and we were told that they would not fill it since it was a controlled substance. Stupidity at its finest.

I thought I had misplaced my gift cards. The employee, Kane, went above and beyond, including checking the video footage, to assist me. I'm not used to this type of help at this location. I am very grateful!

Pharmacy is completely incompetent, doctor called in prescription over an hour ago and was told it never came in, or that they haven’t checked their voicemail. Don’t waste your time.

Calling x times over a week for my rx no one answered for both myself or my doctors office there’s always at least 20 min drive thru to pick up. I’m concerned for other patients having serious medical issues needing prompt refills

It used to be easy to get ahold of the pharmacy dept and ask a question. Now it's impossible; you're on hold forever. I don't need Rite Aid for laundry detergent.
