Horrible experience! I stopped by this store because it was convenient since I had to go to the UPS Store next to the Liqueur Store. I bought a bottle of Kahula which was labeled to be on Sale. I called the store immediately after which I noticed that I was overcharged, and they did nothing to rectify their problem. I even sent them emails with NO response on their part. Very poor service and I will never use Red Run Liquors again!

I usually shop here whenever I go to Sushi Q 2 , with my Bestie, which is often. My experience yesterday really sucked. I made my wine purchase and then I proceeded to the lottery line, no one was in line or in the store except myself and 2 clerks. I gave the clerk my 2 winning lottery tickets and 2 winning scratch offs valued at $8. The clerk had a hard time with getting the scratch offs to "catch," on the machine. After about 4 tries, he retrieved an object or coin and scratched off the QR code to help reveal the $1 winnings. I asked for cash 4 life tickets and mega million tickets. As I was purchasing my lottery, the clerk left me to attend to the customer that entered the store way after I was in the lottery line, who was purchasing alcohol. I was shocked ?! I let him know when he finished that what he did was rude, because he was in the middle of my transaction and he was supposed to have closed me out before beginning the next transaction. The other clerk came over and tried to explain that it's their policy to wait on customers purchasing alcohol first. , and pointed to their little policy posted on a yellow piece of paper. I explained or tried to explain that it's all dandy, if he had NOT started my transaction. I stated that I could have left my dog in my running car, or ? had a cab waiting outside. I told them that it was unfair, and unprofessional and it is bad business practices, to treat customers as "less than "or "seconds" because they were in the lottery line. One clerk apologized, but I really don't think he understood the BIG picture. If any one of my lottery tickets hit BIG, I don't want them to get any portion of my winnings based on how they were treating me as a lottery player... I want them to keep that same energy when I cash in my ticket, and have them wait in line , as I collect my winning funds . Hopefully, it will help them to understand how to RESPECT and TREAT ALL customers without prejudice to them purchasing Liquor or Lottery.

stopped in because they had a liqueur that was on the more difficult side to find. i was rung up for a little more than the price on the tag, which the manager was holding in his hand because he had to price check it. pointed it out to him. he looked at the tag, looked at the register, looked at my card in the card-swipey-slot, and he said "well, tax will be added, right?", confirmed the transaction, have a nice day, good bye, walked away from the register. this is, just to be clear, definitely not how that works. the item rang up at a slightly higher price. he charged me 36.99 plus tax and it is absolutely clear that he knew he was doing that. there is no way he believed his register just now started instantaneously adding tax, and also that miraculously the tax on this item was in exact whole dollar amounts. he just decided it would be more convenient to see how stupid i am, or whether i would just let him lie about it (and hopefully not then go complain on the internet in my first ever review of a retail establishment). if he had said "ah s*** man, sorry, you want me to reverse it?" i would have said eh, 37 bucks, 35 bucks, it's all right, take a 2 dollar tip for your industry and forthrightness. that is not what he did. he made up a new way to pretend that registers work, and said some vague generally-true statement that didn't actually address the situation. is this gaslighting? have i been gaslitten so, i mean, plus one for having the item at a reasonable posted price. minus one for ringing it up for that price plus two dollars, and then minus 12 million for lying right to my face. and then plus 2 for the ol christmas spirit

The owner and the guys who work in here are cool. If you're gonna get a beer, this is a good spot to support with your dollars. Decent beer and wine selection. Prices are a hair cheaper than most, which is always good.

Nice little hidden gem tucked up in Owings Mills, I'm a native New Yorker and going in here always takes me back to the corner deli's I grew up in. The menu has a very decent variety, it's always neat & clean. Has tables should you choose to eat in, but they are also fast when you need to just grab-n-go but it hasn't compromised the quality /taste of the food. It's typical corner deli food, like when you don't want to spend $20 on breakfast or lunch but you also don't want to reduce yourself to McDonalds either. Prices are decent and the food is good. I have been in this area for years and only discovered them this past summer.
