When i called Owings mills location, no one from grooming ever answered the phone. When someone else answered from another dept, i was told to put my name on a list and Miles would call me back. I've put my name on the list before and no one called me back. I've gone to Owings mills location several times asking about getting my cats nails cut and no one is ever available. Catonsville location was very friendly and made time to fit me in for something that would only take 5 minutes.

9127 Reisterstown Rd, Owings MillsA++++...I just felt it necessary to make another review since I have a new dog, rescue, named Sammy. When you consistently go back to the same groomer year after year there's a positive reason for that scenario. I met Erin when she was the "head groomer" at another facility and followed her when she moved out to start her own business. My dog is my family and his/her care is not taken lightly and I give that care to someone who I trust implicitly. Erin took such good care of my cocker, Brenna, for many years before I lost her November, 2023. In March, 2024, I was blessed with the opportunity to own a senior rescue with issues. Despite these issues, Erin has given him the most tender care, patience & understanding. She's in this business because she loves animals and that definitely shines through with her grooming. She always asks me how I want the cut and explains what she's going to do before I leave. There is a defined line of communication that she adheres to so the customer is always satisfied. That's one of the many reasons I love dealing with her. I can say, with the utmost honesty, that she is one of the best groomers around and I have had quite a few with "not so great" stories. I'm a widow now and have had many dogs. I live in White Marsh and travel to Pikesville just for her.

The way the doctor handled him yesterday instead of allowing him to handle her like the other vets I've been too helped solidify my decision to make this my new vet! And the prices are reasonable unlike Banfield who want an arm and a leg for the exam then try to give you every other service besides what you came for!

From scheduling the appointment to paying, they were so nice and accommodating. There was no wait. Sarah was so soooo thorough and knowledgeable! Dr Fierstein is exceptional and so gentle. They both helped to make the experience for Tux trauma free. I knew absolutely nothing about cats, and left there feeling so much more knowledgeable on how to care for my little guy. Thank you all for what you do!

Owings MillsI cannot recommend Tanzi enough! She really helped us gain back a sense of control with our wild, large breed puppy and we are so grateful. She has a very calm and warm presence and is incredibly knowledgeable. Every visit was efficient and she gave us the tools to better understand our dog's behavior which I think is so important when training! We had looked into some other training programs in the area, some that use collar reinforcement and I am so glad we went with Tanzi instead using just a more gentle and positive reinforcement method. It really does work! I loved her website and there is a TON of information that is helpful to use in between visits. If you are looking for a dog trainer Tanzi is definitely the way to go for a very personalized experience!

They’re crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The best part is the huge variety of flavors they offer—there’s something for everyone. I tried the Korean sauce and the teriyaki it was AMAZING ?. If you love wings or just want to try something new, this place is a must-visit.
